"Almina was very helpful and always responded immediately to any questions we had in advance of our stay. She organised airport transfers which I would definitely recommend. We hadn't realised that Dobra Vode was so big, so we were delighted with the choice of restaurants on our doorstep. Die Unterkunft: Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter: reagierte immes sehr schnell auf Anfragen. The only downside was how diabolical the hotel was at replying to messages or phone calls about the transfer from the airport that they offer. It took 3 weeks for them to reply and when they replied, I replied within a few hours to book the transfer and still no message or phone call to this day. Rooms are clean and tidy. Friendly suggestion to the management: - advise the clients at the restaurant that service fee is charged, so that they don't need to give the tip again. - put some signs at the approaching streets close to the hotel in order to facilitate for the clients arriving by car to find hotels entrance and parking.
