'The property was nice. The staff at the pool and bar were not friendly and acted as though we were putting them out. We sat at the pool for over 20 minutes before the server said anything to us, even though he continued to walk past. He told my husband not to try to put up the umbrella himself. Which is fine, but then he never came and put it up; we had to ask someone else. For the price of drinks and food, the service was subpar. That part was disappointing. 'Had a great stay! Excellent communication from host about check-in process. Our delayed flight required an 2am arrival and we had no problems with our host being very flexible and communication was great even at 2am. Easy to find, easy parking, very clean, bed was comfortable! We decided to extend an extra day and it was easy to communicate with host who was always very quick to respond. Highly recommended!'

'Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate'

'House was cute and has most of what we needed. There was a few things they didn't have that would have made it better, like laundry pods, pot holders, and any type of cleaning spray/rags so we could have cleaned up after ourselves. We had no access to the pool the whole time we were there which was really disappointing. The pool is why we chose this place. I reached out and was told the key was in our room but it was not, nor were any instructions on how to locate the key in all of the messages...

'Mijn kamer zou maar 1 x per 2 weken worden schoongemaakt, na 15 dagen ben ik gaan vragen wanneer ze van plan zijn om mijn kamer schoon te maken. Het antwoord was we hebben te weinig personeel, we moeten eerst de kamers welke leeg komen schoon maken, daar was ik zeer gepikeerd over. Ik betaal voor een kamer inclusief service, schoonmaken hoort daar ook bij. Totaal beoordeling van mij is dan ook middelmatig.'
