'This property was very quaint and in a good location. The company Vert, that manages the property was terrible with communication and replying. Also, it does NOT HAVE a washer and dryer in the apartment as listed, it has a non woeking washer and dryer in the dungy dirty and unsafe basement. I would not stay here again. '

'Property was within walking distance of many restaurants, groceries, and port. Parking was right out front. Neighbors were very friendly. 4 of 5 stars for not making clear “shower” was actually a hose connection from the sink with a curtain that had to set up to encircle me each time a shower was taken. The water drained into the bathroom floor. The curtain space was so small it stuck to my body while I was showering.'
