Vernieuwde plaats in Vail! Loop naar winkels, restaurants en gratis shuttle

Classic Vail condominium op een toplocatie, volledig gerenoveerd vanaf december 2018. Quartz werkbladen, roestvrijstalen apparaten, alle nieuwe vloeren, inloopdouches in beide badkamers, marmeren afwerkingen en witte kasten sieren dit huis, op slechts enkele minuten van de skiliften van Vail of Lionshead. Geniet van het decor, aangezien geen kosten zijn gespaard!

Het Scorpio-gebouw is van grote waarde in het dorp Vail. Het pand heeft een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en een prachtige ambiance. Slaapkamer configuratie is een koning, met extra lang volledig stapelbed in de master, en een tweede slaapkamer met twee stapelbedden.
Loop naar Lionshead of Vail Village, of spring op de gratis InTown-shuttle op slechts een steenworp afstand. Dit luchtige condominium heeft ook een open haard, volledige keuken, 3 flatscreen-tv's en een front load full-size wasmachine en droger in de eenheid. Allover fantastic. Appartement perfect located, well heated, enough wood for fireplace, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils. Only recommendation as a tip is to clean the inside of the kitchen cupboards thoroughly ( sticky on some places) and fix the ceiling in the ensuite bathroom’s shower.

Loved the location and the new apt, especially the mud room area. The only thing this is that the apt was relatively dirty when we got there. ( dirt and dust in the corners and bathrooms where 50/50)

Great little condo in between Vail and Lionshead

My husband, teenage son and I stayed at this unit for 5 nights over Easter weekend. The unit is clean, modern and well-appointed. The location is terrific - right by the hospital stop on the free shuttle plus only a few minute walk to either Vail or Lionshead. Would absolutely stay here again.

Excelente ubicacion en Vail

A unos cuantos pasos de Vail Village y a 2 minutos caminando del Four Seasons. Excelente opción para hospedarse en Vail. Lo que mas aprecio de este departamento es que no se acaba el agua caliente! Se pueden bañar las 6 personas en ambos baños y el agua caliente sigue saliendo sin problema lo cual es excelente. La cocina es amplia y equipada. El departamento esta remodelado y moderno con camas y colchones muy cómodos. Toallas limpias y en buen estado. Las TV funcionando ok. El complejo Scorpio sin problemas y con mantenimiento adecuado. Muy recomendable departamento. La calefacción funciona a la perfección y agradecemos hay habido disponibilidad de humidificadores. Pasamos una gran vacación muy cómodos y con la parada del bus a unos cuantos pasos. Vail Village igualmente a unos cuantos pasos y a Lionshead también se puede caminar sin problema.

We loved the property, everything came out perfect, as a suggestion I would add some black out blinds in the bedrooms because there is too much light at sunrise, as another suggestion I would also add some kitchen utensils and equipment.

Great condo & location

This condo checks all the boxes. Great location and short walk to the village and gondola one. It's extremely helpful to have a designated parking spot in Vail. The condo itself is spacious and roomy enough for a large group. We had 4 and had more than enough space throughout. The mattresses were comfortable. The condo was very clean. We all enjoyed it and would stay again.

It could be a great property, but no attention to details.

A few good things, but too many important details not taken care of. Good location, a 3 minute walk to the edge of Vail Village, and about a 10 minute walk to Gondola One. The property has good space, although the master room would be better without a bunk bed, with matching furniture, and with night tables in the right place to be usable. This apartment gets extremely cold with winter, with the floors feeling like a sheet of ice; maybe because the apartment is just above the open garage and the cold comes through the floor, or maybe is lack of insulation in the floor. The apartment heating takes a looooong time to warm the place. We were told by the management of the listing to use the provided space heaters, but those were not space heaters, but steam humidifiers, something totally different than a space heater, and unable to make any difference in the temperature of the space. Other major disappointing thing was to see dirty, stained pillows without pillow protectors between the pillows and the pillow cases . Any rental space nowadays uses protectors for pillows and mattresses. We doubled-up the pillowcases. Even at homw we use protectors. The floor was also dirty. In the kitchen is spacious, lots of dishes and cutlery, some pots, and sadly almost every pan but one is old and scratched with Teflon peeling off, not something you want to use. Pots, pans, and lids, seem like leftovers from different properties, as some lids don't match any pot or pan, and most of the pots and pans do not have a lid. When on vacation, we don't want to get to a property and start making a list for the management to fix, as this should be done ahead of the property being rented. Sadly, this place doesn't have that special touch you expect, especially in a location like Vail.

Beautiful condo, clean and updated

This condo sleeps 9 in beds, plus a double sofa bed. There were only 5 of us and we were very comfortable. Everything is updated here, including the appliances. The entryway had convenient cubbies and hooks - perfect for a condo full of athletes with backpacks!
