Een echte verhuur door de eigenaar. Iedereen die hier komt, voelt zich thuis. Het appartement met 2 verdiepingen is prachtig en zorgvuldig ingericht, omdat we willen dat onze gasten alles hebben wat ze nodig hebben. Alle slaapkamers hebben gewelfde plafonds en de meeste kamers liggen op het oosten, zodat ze de hele dag zonovergoten zijn. Perfect voor diegenen die graag de zonsopgang bekijken met verduisteringspanelen voor degenen die liever een beetje (of veel) later opstaan. De keuken en woonkamer zorgen voor gemakkelijk gezelligheid met extra zitplaatsen en voetenbankjes, zodat iedereen zijn voeten op de grond kan zetten. Wij houden ervan om te koken en te bakken, dus alles wat u nodig hebt om maaltijden op te peppen en na te laten skiën, is binnen handbereik terwijl u in de mix met vrienden en familie verblijft. De balkons met uitzicht op het zwembad maken het gemakkelijk om de hot tub te raken zonder te worden verrast door een menigte of om te bellen om hulp te bieden aan degenen die misschien een van de twee gasgrills aan het zwembad gebruiken. Outstanding Condo near Lionshead

This condo is a 10 minute walk to the Gondola and a 3 minute walk to a Vail Town Bus Stop. The beds are comfortable, all towels are provided, including pool towels. The loft 2 twin bedroom has a steep ladder - not good for adults or young children to climb up and down. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is very comfortable for a group especially with the gas fireplace. Parking was convenient. Communication was easy and timely. The photos are accurate.

We enjoyed the central Lionshead location, the many rooms and two sitting rooms, the hot tub and pool and the friendly condo staff. And the condo was very well equipped from the kitchen to the bathroom. Clean too!

The condo Slept 10 comfortably. This Was a nice place. Would recommend to those looking for a vail trip that is reasonably priced in comparison to other properties in vail. The only thing that we felt could be improved is some of the bathrooms seemed a little old and in need of a refresh. But we would stay there again The property manager was excellent!!! She responded to every message very quickly. She was super helpful and we felt she genuinely wanted us to have the best experience. 10 stars for her.

Excellent family reunion home

We stayed in Vail for a wedding and wanted space for 6-8 people. We also had one family member with mobility issues, so we were looking for a 1st floor BR and bath. This place was perfect! Living space with large setional was great for hanging out with the whole family, the galley kitchen was big enough for making breakfast and lunch and the upstairs space was nice for a bit of quiet time. The pool and hot tub were appreciated , as well as the small balconies off the BR's. What I really appreciated was the host's responsiveness and thoughtfulness. She fielded my questions quickly and often anticipated my next one. I highly recommend this property.

Great space, comfortable for a larger group to stay in. Very convenient location between Lionshead, Vail Village and direct bus shuttles to ski lifts (even though the walk isn’t far either). Cozy condo in a great location. Plenty of room for 2 families of 4 (4 adults and 4 teens). Pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Easy walk to the gondola. City transportation (bus) was very convenient with an easy commute from Lionshead Village into Vail Village. Our host Michelle was quick to respond to questions and requests. The gas fireplaces were a great feature and tremendously appreciated with morning coffee as well as winding down at night! We will definitely be back!

The Best Equipped Property Ever!

Michelle is the quintessential Premier Host. You will be hard-pressed to find better. We forwarded some luggage to the condo address; it arrived early before we did. Michelle retrieved it, and placed it in the condo so it was waiting for us. And she was happy to do it! As we were travelling with toddlers, Michelle came through with an early check-in, and even a surprise waiting for us in the refrigerator. As the reviews attest, the property feels more like a home than a rental. We were a family group of 7 adults, and 2 toddlers for a 5-night stay. Everything about the property is exceptional; the owner; the location and amenities; cooking utensils; comfy beds; fast internet; streaming televisions; paper products; coffee and condiments; and lots more. You will never find a property that is better stocked. You name it, Michelle provided it! To those of you visiting in the summer, although the building does not have air conditioning, Michelle provides several fans that sufficiently cooled the condo during the day. In sum, we enthusiastically recommend this property, without hesitation. The 5-star reviews are well deserved. Should our plans include a return visit to Vail, it's a no-brainer for us - we will return here. Thank you Michelle (and your family)!

Great stay steps from Lionshead

We loved the Condo. It had plenty of room for our group of 6; 4 adults and 2 teens. The kids had their own space upstairs which was an added bonus. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook at home for dinner each night. The walk to both Lionshead and Vail Village was easy for all. We look forward to staying there again.

Everything about the property is fantastic - the location, the interior setup, the property amenities, the comfort of the bedrooms and communication with the owner. We comfortably fit 7 people in the 5 bedrooms and easily could have invited more guests! For the amenities , the kids and my elderly father enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The proximity to the lionshead gondola allowed the skiers to come and go as we pleased and the two non-skiers enjoyed both lionshead and vail village via the in town free bus. I would highly recommend the condo for anyone looking to head to vail with a group and hopefully i will be back staying here again!

One of best rentals I’ve had in Vail

Michelle was so quick to respond to questions and requests. The condo is lovely and the beds are comfortable. Normally I rent ski on off condos but I am not disappointed at all with the location. You can walk 1 minute and take the bus one stop from the library to lionshead village.

What matters most when booking a vacation spot for your family? Let's discuss and see how Michelle's condo did: 1. Location: A+ It is right in Lionshead Village, walkable to everything in Vail. 2. Comfortable sleeping arrangements: A+ Seven, count them seven real beds! No pull outs. Real beds, all of them comfortable. Our kids loved the upstairs living space. 3. WiFi: A+ Screaming fast with download speeds over 200mbs. 4. TVs: A+ They are everywhere and all of them smart. We could watch anything we wanted. 5. Waterpressure: A+ Nothing better after a long hike with a three-year-old on your back than a long hot shower with great water pressure. 6. Pool: A+ The pool and hot tub at this location are legit. This isn't a bathtub masquerading as a pool. Our kids loved it. 7. All the extras: A+ The condo had all the spices, condiments, cups, paper towels, etc . . . we could ever want. Great property and location

Our family had a wonderful stay at the property. Michelle was great, very responsive and helpful with all the information we needed. Short walk to restaurants and Gondola. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Great location and receptive owners

We had a great stay and the owners were very willing to help with a few minor adjustments on our end. Great location, 5 minute walk from Lionshead and ten minutes to Vail Village.
