Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this cozy Vail retreat backs up to Gore Creek with peaceful creekside views—perfect for relaxing après-ski. Enjoy brand-new living room furniture, a modern kitchen, and a new mattress in the main bedroom (Nov 2025). Walk to the free bus for quick access to Vail Village and Lionshead, with Beaver Creek just 10 minutes away. Easy access to world-class skiing, dining, shopping, and mountain adventure.

BEDROOMS
This home has 3 bedrooms plus additional sleeping spaces and can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably. There are a total of 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin-over-Full bunk bed, and 1 Queen sleeper sofa.

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite) – The spacious primary bedroom features a King bed and a private en suite bathroom, offering a quiet and comfortable retreat after a full day of mountain adventures.

Bedroom 2 – This bedroom includes a Queen bed with a new mattress (November 2025), creating a cozy and relaxing place to unwind.

Bedroom 3 – A family-friendly room with a bunk bed featuring a Twin over Full, perfect for kids or additional guests while maximizing space.

Living Room – The living area includes a brand-new Queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping accommodations while still offering a comfortable place to gather.

BATHROOMS
You`ll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and fresh towels for your stay. The primary bedroom features a private en suite bathroom, offering added comfort and privacy for guests.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick breakfast before heading to the slopes or cook a full dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals.

The living room features brand-new furniture, creating a warm and comfortable space to relax after a day exploring Vail. The open layout allows everyone in your group to spend time together while enjoying the peaceful mountain setting.

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside to enjoy the large wooden deck overlooking Gore Creek. Fire up the gas grill for barbecuing, or relax while listening to the sounds of the creek. The grassy backyard leads directly to scenic Gore Creek, creating a peaceful outdoor setting perfect for relaxing après-ski.

Guests have access to the entire house, excluding the upstairs lock-off and the garage. However, the upstairs family room is available for your use.

Our local property manager is available throughout your stay to assist with any questions or needs you may have. You can reach them via the platform messaging system, and they typically respond within an hour. For urgent matters, please contact them directly through the platform. We want to ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay at our Vail home.

Nestled at the tranquil end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful residential neighborhood in West Vail, our home offers a serene escape. While the immediate surroundings are quiet and residential, you`re just a short drive from the vibrant heart of Vail Village and Lionshead, where you`ll find world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. Explore the charming boutiques and art galleries, or indulge in a delicious meal at one of the many acclaimed restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, the slopes of Vail Mountain are easily accessible, offering unparalleled skiing and snowboarding opportunities in the winter, and hiking and mountain biking in the summer. The neighborhood itself is perfect for leisurely strolls, offering a safe and friendly environment for families and individuals alike. You`ll find a blend of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal base for your Vail adventure.

Guests can utilize the free Town of Vail bus system, with the Matterhorn stop just a block away, providing convenient access to ski lifts and various locations within Vail. Parking is available with space for three cars in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not permitted in Vail.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking with all necessary details for your stay, along with our favorite local recommendations for restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and more.

•This home is located in a residential neighborhood. We expect guests to respect our house and noise policies at all times- parties are not permitted. If you are unsure of of something, please reach out- we`re happy to help. Additional fees may apply if these policies are not followed.

•Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside and will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover mitigation costs.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check-ins may be requested the day of arrival through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it fully depends on the calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•Late checkout is not available due to cleaning schedules. Failure to check out on time will result in a $125 charge.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

•There are three parking spaces available in the driveway. Street parking and garage parking are not available.

•Please be aware that swimming in the creek is strictly prohibited due to insurance regulations.
✔️Absolutely no swimming in the creek allowed per our insurance coverage.

✔️No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors.

✔️ Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so.

✔️ Please remove your shoes by the front door

✔️Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am

✔️We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests.

✔️Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

✔️Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.


✔️No Pets Allowed

✔️We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!

Great Value in Vail

This property has everything you need for a great stay in Vail. The location is a very near Donovan park where we frequently rented the Shift ebikes to ride into Lionshead or Vail Village. But walking there is also very easy via the bike path as well. We comfortably slept 5 adults using the two bedrooms and the loft sleeper sofa. There is a well stocked kitchen with updated appliances for preparing meals. We fished right out the back door on Gore Creek that passes right behind the house. Overall couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This house was perfect for the two of us, and would have been comfy if we'd had a couple of guests. It had everything we needed, including a laundry room, and was a short walk to the bus, which was just one stop over to the chairlift. The host and property manager were super responsive. We'd love to stay here again next year, and would recommend it to others!

Fabulous Location!

WOW… If you want to be close to Vail lifts and miss all the fuss in Vail Village…this is the place to stay! Literally 2minute drive to the Cascade Lift with a parking garage. So easy and convenient! House was great! Very well appointed kitchen and had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils for all. Very comfortable stay. While we stayed there were several days of snow… the drive was plowed several times daily for us. The only downfall WE experienced was we thought there was a hot tub on site and there was none. Owners were willing to accommodate but we declined their offer. It was a glitch on VRBO. We had a great stay and highly recommend staying.

Lisa was a great host with quick responses and immediate outreach prior to our arrival. The house was great with two bedrooms on the first floor and a loft for the baby to sleep on. Loved not having TVs everywhere so we could chat and hang out.

Avoid if you don't like the smell of cats and litter boxes

As soon as we walked into the house, an undeniable smell was smelt. The entire house smells like cats and a litter box. I am pretty allergic to cats so I immediately took some allergy medicine and was ok, but the smell is intense. We have stayed at a ton of places through VRBO and this is the first time we have ever had an experience like this. Avoid staying here unless litter boxes are your jam!

There was only one working shower. The shower/light in the bathroom attached to the bedroom didn't work. Peeling paint everywhere. There was blood on the pillowcase in the master bedroom, made me question if the sheets had been changed.

Great Place for a Ski Weekend

Clean and had everything we needed for cooking meals at the house. Just a short walk to a bus stop that takes you to Cascade lift for skiing (only a 5 minute ride!) Excellent and quick responses from the owner both before and during our stay. Great place for a ski weekend with two couples!
