'We loved our stay here. The rooms were clean and updated. All the amenities you need are provided. The pool and the views by it are amazing and the area is quiet. The small town nearby has great food options. Would definitely stay again.'

The location is perfect to visit Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, Siena and offcourse San Gimignano. Rita is an exceptional caring host who wants the best for her guests! Thank you Rita! 'You could not ask for anything more from this Tuscan villa. Absolutely lovely restored farmhouse with every amenity required and the photographs really do not do it justice. The location is perfect with a fifteen minute walk up to San Gimignano with absolutely stunning views of the town from the pool and the rear terrace. Alessandro was the perfect host and was always available for advice and help. We really had a lovely family week stay at the property.'

'We had a fantastic time at the house, Fabio was excellent in his communication and help. The house is great with separate areas but big communal spaces. We had a couple of delicious meals cooked for us by Fabio, I would highly recommend this luxury! If I had to say one thing it would be great if the pool seating area was tiled instead of grass, but overall can't fault it.'

'14 days of use of this beautiful location. The photos shown are as reality is. Every day it was breathtaking to look out over the Tuscan landscapes from the balcony. As for the service at both check-in and check-out as well as during the stay, this is done neatly! Very friendly people! We will definitely continue to recommend this accommodation to acquaintances and friends and who knows, we may return ourselves! Small point of attention. 'A great location from which to see Volterra and San Gimignano. Walking around the citadel and along the river was lots of fun. The main room of the apartment has AC, but it's still warm when the temperature is in the 90s. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Plenty of space for the family to hang out together. '

'Villa Sabrina is een geweldig huis, zowel binnen als buiten. Heel verzorgd, goed onderhouden en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht is adembenemend mooi. De tuin is prachtig en heel groot, met een fantastisch zwembad. Op de veranda kun je heerlijk zitten. De service van de eigenaar is prima. Wij hebben een perfect verblijf gehad.'
