In the regional natural park of Livradois Forez, come and discover Valcivières, the fir and beech forests, to reach the Hautes-Chaumes, giving off splendid views of the Valcivières cirque, the Livradois mountains, and further on the Dôme mountains and the Monts Dore. Cottage located in the village, semi-detached with an unoccupied barn and a second home. On the ground floor: a kitchen / dining room, a living / dining room and a WC. A corridor leads to these rooms and gives access to a magnificent flowery and wooded area that is the pride of the owners. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with a 140 bed with walk-in shower, 2 adjoining bedrooms: the first with 3 90 beds, 2 of which are bunk and one on the mezzanine, the 2nd with 1 140 bed, a bathroom water with walk-in shower. Enclosed grounds of 550 m² with garden furniture on wooden terrace + a plot of 1000 m². Central heating not included in services.
