'Het hotel ziet er van binnen vreselijk uit. Wat een oude troep. Het ontbijt is zeer eenvoudig. De plek om te ontbijten is vreselijk. Daar wil je smorgens zo snel mogelijk weg. 'Hotel de Len was hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Everything was taken care of immediately and with a smile. It was so much fun staying there, I can't wait to go back one day.
The location was great, a block away from the town center and all of the shopping, dining and Olympic rings.
The spa was also a highlight with views from the top floor looking across the valley and the town of Cortina. '

"Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie"

"Het personeel in het restaurant was niet vriendelijk (Vincenzo zuchte omdat ik een drankkaart vroeg zodat we aperitiefje konden kiezen), ik kreeg er ook een opgejaagd gevoel (iedereen moet tussen 19u30-20u30 aankomen) . Personeel van receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
