Recently renovated apartment located in the Botanic district (Extramurs). Perfect for a holiday, comfortable business or temporary residence. It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive an elegant, cozy and practical environment, with the necessary items during your stay.



The 63m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Practical living room with capacity for 4 people equipped with sofa bed for individual use and access to large patio with light.

- Spacious master bedroom with double bed 150x190cm.

- 1 bathroom with shower.

- Kitchen open to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).

- Patio with small table and two chairs.



The apartment comes with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome amenities kitchen.



Guest Access:

- Free WIFI.

- Air conditioning with hot/cold system ( splits only in bedroom and living room).

- There is no lift.

- Cot: € 25 / stay (On request).

- Check-in after 9:00 p.m. there is an additional cost of € 30 to pay in cash upon arrival.

- Check-out before 11:00 a.m. there is an additional cost of € 30 to pay in cash upon arrival.

Overview:

Extramurs is a residential neighborhood built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to accommodate the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were built between 1900 and 1960.

In Extramurs it is really easy to fill your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area and where it is easy to find organic food.



The house is located in the Botànic neighborhood, next to the Metro station "Ángel Guimerá". Quiet residential area ideal to visit with family, is 1 minute walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 5 minutes walk from the Torres de Quart, 7 minutes from the Central Market and 13 min from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In the surroundings you will enjoy many restaurants and local shops.



Getting around:

Area perfectly communicated by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Cycle Paths that brings us in 5 minutes to the Historic Center and in 20 minutes to the Malvarrosa Beach.

- No Garbage in the accommodation. The rubbish bins are in the street, Valencia has a daily garbage collection service of 4 types: paper / glass / packaging and plastics in addition to the rest.
