Buenas tardes Alessandra,nuestra ubicacion es exactamnete donde se indica al realizar la reserva a traves de Expedia,zona cerca de la estacion del Ave a 10/15 min andando al centro de la ciudad.Su baño no estaba atascado,simplemente no han entendido el funcionamiento de presion del lavabo...se les ha explicado que disponemos de un servicio de mantenimiento que funciona 24 horas al que pueden llamar para que podamos solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir.Estamos encantados de poder ayudar a nuestros clientes en todo momento tanto el personal de recepcion como la direccion de los apartamentos, siempre y cuando no intenten y utilicen engaño para que les devolvamos el dinero y se nos trate con educacion Les agradecemos que nos hayan dedicado unos minutos de su tiempo y nos hayan dado la posibilidad de respuestaHqrooms
