Great stay, would recommend to anyone!
My boyfriend and I went for a 10-day getaway in Valencia and had the most incredible time. The studio itself feels really homey and comfortable and has an excellent location with just a short walk to the old city centre. The neighbourhood feels safe and has a relaxed atmosphere. David is a great host, communication was excellent and fast. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully will return in the future!

Dear Guest. The apartment was cleaned quite thoroughly prior to your arrival so I was somewhat taken back by your negative comments. Particularly by the state you left my apartment in; cooking oil left in burnt saucepan, spent coffee grinds in percolator, old tea bags left in tea-pot and dirty crockery & rubbish (empty wine bottles etc) lying about, cutlery placed in a cupboard rather than the cutlery drawer etc. The Pikolin (premium Spanish brand) latest generation Visco-Elastic mattress new Nov 2017. Bed frame has now been replaced as middle support was fatigued causing slight buckle. I merely request that guests 'leave as found' & rubbish put to Street bins which minimises cleaning costs, so as to offer the keenest prices for future guests - Not quite the case. Please note I'm quite at liberty to make any additional cleaning cost, if I think appropriate - see webpage notes. I haven't! Best David.

Only stay here if you want to be yelled at by the owner. The owner yelled at us because the Taxi from the train station dropped us off a half block away. He was yelling at me on the phone and kept yelling from the minute we saw him. I have never been treated that way by any owner and we have travelled 47 countries. We did not stay due to feeling threaten by this man.

Excellent location
I stayed here for one week. Everything is as pictured. Walking distance to old town. There is a bus stop right in front of the building. Three blocks from the Sagunt Tram stop. The apartment is well stocked. Very clean. It is a studio apartment, which is great for a solo traveler or couple. There is several restaurants and grocery stores within the area. David the host is excellent with communication via whatsapp. Valencia is a beautiful city with tons to offer. I hated to leave. Thanks David.

Studio près de la Turia
Les points positifs de l’appartement sont l’emplacement situé à côté du poumon vert de Valencia (La Turia) et notamment de la porte de Serranos qui est aussi l’entrée nord de la vieille ville. Il y a des commerces à proximité pour l’alimentaire et les restaurants proches. L’appartement n’est pas immense mais suffisant pour 3 : attention pas de pièce séparée c’est bien un studio, on dort dans la même pièce et on y cuisine/mange également. Il y a ce qu’il faut c’est bien sans être exceptionnel (une douche, un lave-linge mais pas de lave-vaisselle, une cuisine avec les éléments de base : four, plaques, …). L’appartement n’est ancien avec ses petits inconvénients (normes électriques, ventilation bruyante) mais le principal souci, cela semble courant en Espagne, c’est l’assonorisation : on étant fortement les bruits dans l’immeuble et dans la rue. Au final cela reste un bon logement, surtout de part sa localisation excellente, mais pas d’une qualité non plus exceptionnelle. La ville de Valencia est très jolie : notamment la vieille ville et la cité des arts et sciences, sans oublier son mythique marathon début décembre (raison de mon voyage).

Central Apartment is Great!
This is a lovely, bright apartment, close to everything. You can walk to the old city, bike the nearby park and take one bus to get to the beach. We loved our time in Valencia! David was a great host, easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Ein tolles Apartment!
Wir waren 3 Wochen lang in Valencia in dem Apartment. Das Bett war super bequem, konnte sehr gut schlafen trotzt der Klimaanlage. Das Bad ist auch OK, die Utensilien in der Küche sind ausreichend, die Waschmaschine war top!

This apartment is absolutely adorable. The location was great to a grocery store, bike rentals, tons of restaurants. And Valencia is beautiful! And even though the city is great, we did enjoy spending some time in the room! So much character! David and Malcolm were wonderful hosts. Malcom gave us lots of suggestions at check in. Relaxing stay
This apartment is clean, updated and close to everything you need. I loved the character of the old building. Especially, the original brick walls and exposed beams. The locks on the doors were the most challenging. The place is old and the doors stick. Everything was within walking distance that we needed. The historic district is just a couple blocks away and so many restaurants to choose from. We had a great time and would stay again.

Short Stay in Valencia
The location of the property makes it an ideal place to stay if you’re coming to valencia. It’s close to the old town as well as close to the metro which takes you wherever you need to go, including the beach. The flat is comfortable, has all the amenities you’d need and is perfect for a couples break away. Highly recommend.

Eine mit allem ausgestattete helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung in sehr günstigen Lage. Altstadt und Öffis sind zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, vom Strandschirm bis zum Fön. Ich habe meinen Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Apartamento muy bonito y acogedor. La posicion del piso es optima, cercana al centro en zona muy tranquila. Tiene todo lo necesario, incluso lo que no te esperas (sombrillas, tendedero, herramientas de emergencia, etc.). Cocina es completa pero seria conveniente renovar algunos utensillos de cocina ya muy usados. David es muy simpatico y disponible.

Zauberhafte Altbau-Wohnung in direkter Nähe zur Altstadt
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert und war vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zauberhaft, wer Altbau mag, wird sie lieben. Schön hell, da bereits am Vormittag Sonne durch die Fenster kommt. Die nahegelegene laute Straße ist für sensible Leute evtl. störend, da die Fenster alt und nicht stark gedämmt sind, mich hat das aber nicht gestört. Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt Valencias entfernt. Außerdem gute Anbindung mit Bussen und Tram. Einige Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Geh-Entfernung. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie hat meinen Urlaub zu etwas besonderem gemacht, würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Had a great time in Valencia and enjoyed the apartment very much. It is very cozy and location is very convenient - close to the center but not very busy - quiet location close to local grocery store. It is on a 3rd floor so be prepared for a walk up the stairs. Die Wohnung ist schön und die Lage für einen Städtebesuch ideal. Sie ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut an Strand und Flughafen angebunden, die Altstadt kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Für den Aufenthalt ist die Beschreibung weiter unten unbedingt auszudrucken, mitzunehmen und genau zu befolgen, dann kann nichts schief gehen! Valncia ist jednefalls eine Reise wert.

War ein toller Urlaub
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat mit Küche, Waschmaschine und Netflix alles zu bieten was man benötigt. Liegt keine 10 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt, Supermärkte und Lokale gibt es in der direkten Umgebung auch zu genüge. Der Strand is mittels der Metro Linie 4 in ca 20. Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und David war sehr bemüht das wir die Wohnung schnell finden. 5 Punkte von uns.

Studio, perfetto, molto suggestivo ed accogliente. Pulito, funzionale e curato nei minimi dettagli. Fornito veramente di tutto ciò che può servire. Ottima la posizione dal centro storico. Con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono fermate per gli autobus ed il centro storico. La notte si dorme divinamente. Noi in 3 (con un bambino di 9 anni) ci siamo stati proprio bene. Lo consiglio. Smart and convenient studio apartment, well equipped. Would highly recommend.
The apartment was nicely decorated with lovely exposed brick walls, a beamed ceiling and french windows. Just as the photos. The bed was comfortable, kitchen modern and had everything and bathroom modern. Everything worked well. We found that there was plenty of space. The apartment itself is really an easy walk to the Turia Gardens and the old town. Tramvia line 4 is nearby (for the beach) and a little further is a Lidl. There are also plenty of cafes nearby. The location is very convenient. We stayed a week and had plenty to see and do. Valencia is very relaxing and has great places to eat.

We had a fabulous time in a very bright and spacious studio. Light floods in on two sides.
The apartment is very homely, tidy, plenty of towels and lovely homely touches even an umbrella we borrowed for the rare rain we had. I would highly recommend it and its proximity to the city is great. Lovely host.

Great spot for Las Fallas
We rented this place so that we could attend Las Fallas. It could not have been a better location. Just a five minute walk to the old town and the main festivities, it also had its own fallas, right outside the apartment. Also near the apartment are plenty of mercados so getting supplies is simple. One thing to note however, is some mercados close early (by north american standards) especially on Sundays. However, the Carrefours are always open and there is one about 10 minutes walk away. The apartment itself is a tiny bachelor flat but it is roomy enough for two and as it is on a corner there is plenty of light flowing in from the windows (there are inside doors to block the light out at night). The kitchen has everything you could need with three different styles of coffee making options - drip, french press or espresso. There is a full sized fridge and a 4 burner stove top and a good array of pots and utensils. The bathroom is not big but has a shower that works just fine. One suggestion to the owner would be a couple of hooks or towel racks to put wet towels on. Not really a problem as there is a drying rack in the closet which we used, just a suggestion. David, the owner, is quite attentive and readily available when necessary. Our only regret was that we did not have longer in Valencia. Much as Las Fallas was fun it would be great to see Valencia in a different light. If we return we would not hesitate to rent this spot again.

Dear Guests. Thanks for feed back. Average 3/4 star hotel room both in USA & E.U- 32-34m2 & Junior suites 40m2. So 50m2 . So not quite sure constitutes 'tiny' in Euro parlance. Towel hooks I'll check as I removed some extended towel rails to free up space. Now updated. Mattress is standard 135cm wide double - Latest generation of Pikolin (Spanish premium brand) Visco-Elastic - Nov' 2017 - Bed frame now replaced March 25 2019 as slight buckle noticed in frame. Nearest Carrefour HyperMarket is in fact a 34 min walk away. Nearby 'Blue-Flag' Lidl supermarket is a mere 2 min walk & I suspect is probably one of the city's best value & with plenty of excellent fresh produce etc.

Nice bright apartment
Enjoyed a few days here in the run up to the Fallas celebrations. The apartment is very bright and airy and is conveniently located with very easy access to the old town and Turia park. Public transport links from the airport are very convenient and make having a car fairly non - essential.
