Mooi hotel, maar nog enige verbeterpunten
Het hotel was net 3 weken geopend, erg vriendelijk personeel wat helaas geen Engels sprak. Mooi opgezet en afgewerkt met oog voor detail. Badkamer erg krap, tv deed het niet, zwembad zat vol bladeren en alleen wifi in het restaurant.

Kitschy, beautiful boutique hotel.
As soon as we walked into this beautiful little hotel we knew we had found our place. The decor is charming and authentic, from the gorgeous tiled wall to the striking masks in the restaurant. The gardens are lovely and serene, however the pool, although a pretty addition to the garden, was too murky to swim in. The staff are wonderful, they greeted us with a tequila sunrise and allowed us to check in at noon. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect, across the street from the cenote, a few blocks from downtown and right around the corner from a huge, local market. The Real las Haciendas will be our place to stay whenever we are in Valladolid and we highly recommend it for anyone staying in the area.

Hotel agradable en Valladolid
Es un hotel pequeño pero muy agradable y tranquilo, con excelentes habitaciones, muy limpias, cómodas y en excelente estado. Recomiendo que incluyan el desayuno estuvo muy rico y te sirven lo suficiente. Esta a unas calles del centro del pueblo y los alredores son tranquilos.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au réal las haciendas. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Ana. L'hôtel est très beau. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, avec lit king size. La salle de bain avec douche et wc est correcte. La piscine est propre. Wifi accessible dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner servi entre 7h et 11h très savoureux (œufs brouillés ou pancakes, pain grillé avec confiture, boisson chaude, jus d'orange). Le centre ville est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. Cenote à quelques pas de l'hôtel. Chichen itza est à 45 minutes en voiture.

Wonderful place!
A charming and beautiful place. Lovely staff! They can help you book trips and so. The breakfest was good and you could choose betwen american/mexican/english breakfest. Pool was unik anf the bar was charming.

Just Perfect
We walked in and were greeted with a warm welcome and it just got better! Beautiful courtyard and grounds. It felt so comfortable! Our room was well done although the mattress was a bit firm. Our breakfast was incredible and the coffee...the best ever. I cannot wait to go there again.

Hotel bonito y acogedor
El hotel es muy bonito y la atención de la chica de recepción muy amable, nos recibieron con cócteles de bienvenida, el inconveniente empezó cuando quería pedir cena y nos indicaron que el restaurante estaba cerrado porque un día antes hubo evento en el hotel, considero que debieron asignar a una persona de cocina de guardia para no cubrir la atención a huéspedes al día siguiente, ofreciéndole descanso otro día en dado caso. Elegí la habitación porque indicaba contar son cafetera, lo cual no fue así, no había en la habitación. La cama era algo incómoda y la limpieza de la regadera (la pieza donde cae el agua) no eliminan el sarro de la misma y se encontraba totalmente tapaba, tuve que quitarla y limpiarla yo para que pueda bañarme. El área de jardín es muy bello y cómodo.

Awesome Hotel!!!
The staff of the hotel has been super friendly and going the extra mile with us! First, we have been welcomed with a coktail! Then, when we announced that we would not be able to make it for the breakfast because we would have to leave early, they started serving the breakfast 30min earlier so we could still take it. The place is perfectly located in the center of Valladolid where everything can be reach by walk. The decoration of the hotel was beautiful I would highly recomment this hotel and should I ever visit Valladolid again will definitely book this hotel again! Thank you again for everything!!

Great location!
This boutique hotel was great, super cute and what we were looking for. The staff did not know English, so be prepared - we managed through it. The staff seemed really nice. The room was clean. Air conditioning was a bit weak - not sure if it was because of the rooms insulation but we could never keep the temperature down. Our TV wasn't working - staff said it was under maintenance. Shower had no pressure - it felt like small rain drops that would never get my hair wet. We chose this location because of the distance from the market as well as the historical park and cenote nearby, not because of the "amenities". Didn't use the pool - didn't look so clean, but looked cute. The neighborhood felt safe after dark, we wandered around for some late night snacks. We parked our car on the street in front and was fine.

Mucho que mejorar en sus habitaciones. Como las sabanas de la cama donde el cubre cama solo era una sabana, las toallas (soltaban pelusa), no había tapete de baño, el baño muy muy pequeño.

Great hotel, well decorated. 3 blocks away from the center plaza and next to the Cenote. Was the best hotel we had during our stay in Yucatan.

Abbiamo pernottato una sola notte e per fortuna perchè il letto era piccolo e molto scomodo anche se la camera era carina e in generale tutto l'hotel era molto carino. Ottimo il cibo gustato presso il ristorante dell'albergo, con prezzi bassi ma alta qualità. Personale molto cordiale, buona posizione appena fuori dal centro di Valladolid

Not worth your hard earned money
Very poor service. When we adressed them that there was no WI-Fi in our room (as mentioned on the internet). They told us they would send someone to fix this. Of course they never did. When I told them that we were paying for something that was 'promised'to us they just stood there with no alternatives or compensation of any form. We were planning to stay there for 5 nights, but after seeing the pool we quickly changed our minds. I think it has never been cleaned since opening. They portray themselves as a hotel (b&b) with morge luxury and comfort, but truth be told, we've slept in better, cheaper hostals. The bed was also one of the worst, unless you like the feeling of metal springs pushing up your back. If you still decide to book here, don't be surprised to hear 'I told you so' afterwards ;).

Very small hotel in a reasonable location, walking distance to the main plaza. All brand new. Rooms are situated close up to the restaurant/bar. So the night of live music was 10 feet from our room. Ran out of gas, so we had no hot water the first night. Good breakfast, with either Mexican coffee or instant. Small pool at the rear of the hotel, With an area to relax.

An elegant gem in Valladolid
We've traveled all over the world and visited so many cities and stayed in so so many boutique hotels. When we booked our room in Real Las Haciendas we expected a simple hotel in a small village conveniently close to chichenitza. I have to say, our stay in this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. It is a true boutique hotel. Decorated and painted so elegantly you feel the vibes of the town and their Mayan ancestors. The staff cannot be sweeter, the breakfast they offer with your stay is probably the healthiest and most delicious breakfast you can have. I cannot forget the young man riding his bicycle to the hotel in the morning with a bag of fresh oranges to serve us fresh orange juice. The gentleman playing the guitar In the evening added magic to the whole experience. We were so happy staying there, I felt it's a duty to write this review. Super highly recommended!!!

Lovely courtyard and sitting area, very comforable bed, and good breakfasts. Bathrooms are very small, but everything works well. The staff all were helpful and very friendly. The restaurant is the best one we ate at in 5 days in Vallalodid. Some of the wait staff are inexperienced but they will learn. Jesus is a gem!

Accueil chaleureux avec cocktail de bienvenue bien apprécié. Petit problème quant à la disponibilité de la chambre demandée qui s'est réglé à notre satisfaction. Très beaux espaces décorés avec goût. Nourriture excellente et petit déjeuner inclus copieux et complet. MAIS Wifi déficient, non fonctionnel dans les chambres et faible presque partout ailleurs sauf près de la réception. Chambre et salle de bain propres mais petites et sans comfort : l'ajout de tables de chevet améliorerait la situation. Suggestion : arrêter la musique à une heure raisonnable. Même si c'était fête (St-Valentin), c'est manquer de respect envers sa clientèle que de laisser la musique très forte jusqu'après minuit pour quelques personnes qui semblaient de l'externe.

Buena hubicacion por lo cercano al centro, hubo una confusión ya que no recibieron el pago de hoteles.com y tuve que pagar directamente en el hotel. La alberca estaba un poco sucia pero el jardín muy bonito. Tuvimos que avisar al personal del hotel que no había agua caliente para el jacuzzi, a pesar de que lo arreglaron y salió agua caliente, no fue suficiente para llenarlo y no pudimos usarlo.

This was a nice stay, although when we arrived at night, they tried to increase the price but backed down when I showed in writing what I agreed to- a little pricey due to the condition of the bathroom-looks like they were going to install a shower door but never finished, leaving sharp metal piece on the floor and shower didn't drain- very good location by mercado, cent zaci and plaza. Food was excellent with a full breakfast of your choice and fresh juice. We ate a dinner there and also very good and good price.Grounds are beautiful and clean, just need some repairs in the rooms. Might stay there again.

Beau restaurant , belle cour intérieure, mais chambre avec odeur désagréable, pas de confort dans la chambre, chambre très petite, pas de table de nuit, salle de bain minuscule. Dans la salle de bain il y a parterre une lame de métal coupante entre la toilette et la douche qui supportera un jour une vitre. La piscine était à l'abandon. Le cafe infecte. Bref, oubliè cette hotel il est trop cher pour le confort qu'il offre.

This is a good option in Valladolid. The courtyard is beautiful with a gorgeous fountain and nice landscaping. The location is walking distance to the plaza and one block from Cenote Zaci. The room was mostly clean however the bedspread smelled a little musty. There were some repairs needed in the room such as missing tiles and a clogged drain. Overall is was a good experience for the price.
