With 5 adults we had to be very efficient with the one bathroom. The apt could be better equipped - more mugs for example. the owner was very responsive to the requests we made during our stay. "Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"Hallo, wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem kleinen Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Informationen über die Umgebung sind reichlich vorhanden. Besonders möchte ich noch den herrlichen Ausblick, bis rüber Jura erwähnen. Kinderspielzeug und Spiele für Erwachsene sind vorhanden. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden gerne im Sommer noch einmal kommen. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall das schöne Ferienhaus mal zu besuchen"

"Unexpected heat wave was a big frustration, finally we got one room AC on the third floor for kids. Nights were cooler. An expieriance of a life time, unique, easy access and plenty of outdoor space."

"Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige negative Punkt war für uns die Lage an der ziemlich befahrenen Straße , vielleicht sind wir in dieser Hinsicht aber auch sehr empfindlich. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne Wohnung, in der nichts fehlt !"

"Super Lage des Hauses, Sauberkeit dürfte höher sein, 1. Schlafzimmer rechts Lattenrost defekt, Bettsofa sehr bequem, Duche unten wäre besser mit Glaswand und grösseres Waschbecken, super Grill. Hat uns sehr gefallen."

"We had an excellent stay Chez Rosalie. Our hosts were very friendly and gave us great tips on things to do and places to eat. The surrounding area is beautiful with lots of fun options for activities. We enjoyed visiting the chocolate factory and taking a lesson on chocolate making, followed by a hike in the mountains where we picked up some fresh local cheese from the farm! My kids also loved the kittens and cats Chez Rosalie - it was a nice bonus for them!"
