It is a unique and privileged house for lovers of the mountains, charming towns and the sea, since it is located only 7 km from it. At the back of the house there is a beautiful, wild garden where you can enjoy a good book. If you prefer shade, you can stand right under the tree and enjoy the pleasant smell that the aromatic plants give off. The terrace is covered by a grapevine and right next to it we find a small porch with a barbecue where they can test their vocation as chefs. The plot is fenced and, because the house is located in a village, there are neighbors next door. The two-story detached house has a traditional style. The living-dining room is very authentic and has a small television with satellite channels, as well as a wood stove for colder days. The kitchen is well equipped including a gas stove, oven and cooking utensils. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and one with a bathtub on the upper floor. As for the bedrooms, there are three in total, all with a wardrobe. Below we find one with two single beds, while upstairs are the rest, one with two single beds as well and another with a double bed. These two superiors have a fan and direct access to a nice balcony, and in one of them we will place a crib and a high chair if necessary. The house is located in a residential area 500 m from the town square of Valldemossa, located in the Sierra de Tramuntana. You can go hiking, cycling or relaxing walks, as it has different walking routes to nearby towns through the mountains. The city of Palma is 15 km away which allows a visit in a short time by car. You will be able to visit charming neighboring towns such as Banyalbufar, DeiÃ, Esporles and Galilea. The town has all the essential services to enjoy the holidays without any worries: supermarkets, tapas bars, restaurants and much more. The next gravel beach is 7 km away in Port de Valldemossa, but you can also go to Puerto de Sóller or Cala Major, near Palma; both sandy beaches. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed.
