'It's very nice to be able to get to the hot pools kind of straight from your room. The room though, called a "deluxe suite" is a regular room with two small chairs. The bathroom actually is very spacious. The restaurant is mediocre at best. Service was fine. '

'The view from the top terrace patio was beautiful and it was comfortable to sit outside and nature watch and talk with other travelers. The staff was so helpful and nice. The breakfast options were varied. I needed some down time so sat and read on the terrace with a lovely view and protection from the rain. The staff facilitated a tour for me including transportation. A terrific!'

'This place is pretty special. It is a small, low key resort. My son wanted to stay close to the pool, so we stayed in a standard room. The room wasn't great. The beds were hard, it could use a refresh, the air conditioner was loud, and there was no soundproofing. If we had picked one of the bungalows or treehouses, I likely would have given the place 5 stars. It is a nice alternative away from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna but still close to lots of attractions. '
