'The room looked to be remodeled with new floor, new bathtub surround, new sink, new mirror, new toilet, new TV stand and TV. Mattress was not comfortable for me. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping was zero. Bath, hand and wash towels were present at check in. No housekeeping on the second day. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. The third night I had to find someone in housekeeping to get clean towels. The room was nonsmoking but obvious it had been smoked in. I reported...

'The entire stay was horrible. The hotel room smelled horrible - had to go to the store to get candles and air freshener. The breakfast was ridiculous. No choices and the couple of things they did have were stale and expired. Coffee was like tinted water. Ended up driving to Waffle House instead. The people in the room next to us partied all night as loud as they could and staff refused to do anything about it. Ended up checking out at 3am because we obviously weren't going to get any sleep and...

'Took three different room tries to get us in a room. First room we were to be in was having an ozone treatment. Second room had not been cleaned thoroughly. Third room which we finally stayed in had a disconnected fire alarm and no nozzle on the water connector. I took a picture of this. Tara who was working the front desk was excellent in trying to help us. She said management was going to offer us a discount but haven't seen it come through yet. '

The manager did allow my husband to view cameras but the angles of the cameras did not show much so they should either have some kind of security or add cameras to ensure the entire property can be watched or caught on camera. 'The room we stayed in was filthy. Ordered a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana. 'We stayed here several nights until we were able to get back into our home after it was damaged by water. So we had kittens and kids with us, and were all together a hot mess when we arrived. 'Quick drive to anything you could want. Room and area was pretty clean and the front desk was helpful. Breakfast was a little lacking, but at least there was one.
