'This was a pretty good hotel. The breakfast is very small/limited but it's better than nothing. The hotel pool was good, my daughters enjoyed that. My A/C-Heater in my room was old and didn't work properly but was able to stay comfortably. Overall it was a nice stay.'

'Never saw anyone use the gym and it was right out my door The pool was unusable and needs a lot of work before it will be The place is old, in need of demo and rebuild That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location.'

I left my daughters pop on the tv stand and left the room for maybe 45 mins and when we returned it was covered.. the front desk said there was no one to clean them and no other rooms available, then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they can do. 'Entire property is under construction , no one told us until we showed up. On Monday memorial day they started banging in the room next door at 840 am what a rude awakening on a Holliday morning. Because we booked through expedia the staff was rude and said it's expedias fault for not posting about construction... big run around with no satisfaction or even an apology from Marriott or expedia'

'When I arrived, there was staff sleeping on the chairs in the lobby. I told him nap time was over cause I was checking in. I asked to get a room, not near the elevator which then she put me right near the elevator. The hotel needs to be updated. The room’s kind of felt sticky not clean. The pool was closed down.'

'It started with having to walk into the lobby through the haze of smoke from the two men smoking under the No Smoking sign by the entrance. To her credit, the desk clerk dispersed them - by name - apparently long term guests. When we got to our room, we noticed that the lamp on one of the nightstands had no bulb. Which was really no problem, because somebody had removed the on-off switch, leaving a hole in the base! I went to the desk, showed the clerk a picture and asked if she could get me...

'De mensen die er werkten waren echt top! Maar de accommodatie is erg verouderd. Ligt in verlaten buurt en de kamer was ronduit vies. Deur kon niet goed open en dicht zo ook van de badkamer. Het voelde niet goed aan.'

'I specifically booked a king suite and paid extra for it but was given a double queen suite. There was stains on the couch and ottoman that were not fresh. There was a tile missing in the bathroom. Outside of that, everything was fine.'

'Great room for the price. We didn't get to breakfast on a Sunday until the very end of the timeframe it was open and it was still fully stocked with all of the options including hot food. Will add this hotel to my list when staying in Maumee!'
