'Stayed at this house for a quick trip and it was very nice & cozy. My only complaint is that the floor was a little dusty/dirty.'

'Would recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet comfortable spot. Close to many stores and areas for Errands/a night out. Very clean and neat. There is a garage for overnight parking which is nice, unfortunately it was too small to fit my Truck (ford f150) but it was no big deal. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. If there was one thing I would say is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom, although the couch is more than comfortable enough to watch some tv and nap on. '

'This cottage was super cute! Everything was as described and very clean and well stocked. Super close to APU and downtown Azusa. I would definitely stay here again! We were delayed arriving and I messaged the host to advise her of our middle of the night arrival and she went and turned on the lights for us so it would be easier when we arrived! Super accommodating!'

'The owner was at all times very responsive and helpful. Allowed us early check-in, quickly answered all messages with useful info. I used the desk for 2 days of online meetings. Had no issues with connectivity. The hot tub was lovely. Overall, the property was as advertised. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed and was very clean. Great stay!'

'Het huis had alles wat we nodig hadden. Omdat we veel dingen gingen bezichtigen zonder rond te reizen was de locatie erg geschikt. Het ligt aan de buitenkant van LA. Hierdoor sta je minder in de file. Ook de directe omgeving is erg mooi. Je kunt er prachtige wandelingen maken. '

'I really wanted to like this property. Unfortunately it wasn't very clean, the couch has stains there's cobwebs, the corners are all dirty and the baseboards. The fancy shower doesn't function really in the fancy way it's just a standard shower none of the extra shower heads work there's knobs missing and levers so try to get it to even change the temperature is extremely difficult. I emailed the host twice before the day we arrived if there was an iron and an ironing board available and I got...

'This was a great place to make us feel like our home away from home. It definitely beats a hotel, especially with a toddler. They are able to have the space they need and it feel at home for them as much as everyone else.'

'While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money'

'HORRIBLE HOST! We arrived at 4 pm to cleaning lady. She said dryer is broken it will take all night to dry sheets and blankets. 6:30pm we asked if we can get in we said we would finish laundry. Once we entered the property water was pouring out of AC closet. This water has been leaking for a long time without the host addressing it. I found a waterline shooting water in the closet. 'Our first impression was the lovely front porch, with a rocking chair and a wing back. What a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or evening glass of wine!
