'This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in.'

I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. 'The complimentary breakfast was very nice. They have free bananas, oranges, and apples by the front desk, and our room had the best strongest AC I've ever experienced at a hotel in my life! It was also great to have a full sized refrigerator with a freezer in our room. The front desk staff were all very nice, friendly, and very helpful. We actually loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay by an extra night and they were able to accommodate us by keeping us in the same...

'First, I want to mention that the front desk employee was extremely helpful and pleasant. When I initially checked into the room, I was very satisfied. The room appeared clean, the bed was comfortable, and the sheets were fresh and clean. Unfortunately, the next morning I experienced a few issues. I had left my luggage on the floor overnight, and when I picked it up, I saw two bugs run out from underneath the bag and disappear into the molding along the wall. That was concerning.
