Heel mooi hotel, heerlijke bedden, heel schoon en een veilige plek in een parkeergarage met hek om je auto achter te laten. Het enige wat minder was was de omgeving alleen fast food in de buurt.

Kamer is oud en niet meer van deze tijd. Douche was goed. Ontbijt slecht in verhouding tot kamerprijs. Oud systeem voor kamersleutel. Zodra pasje in de buurt van mobiel komt zijn gegevens gewist. Pasje weer laten activeren bij receptie. Dames bij de receptie waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een hotel shuttle naar centrum Vancouver

Excellent staff, check in was fast and easy, parking was good, the hotel was clean, comfortable beds, seems they’re renovating or doing repairs here and there, the rooms were updated but the bathroom was a bit dated still, breakfast was better than expected.

The only good thing was the breakfast. Also the room I first reserved has already bin rented out so they put me in an unfinished room, with no TV. No working phone and no alarm clock.

I like that they are pet friendly but they charge too much for my 2 small dogs. Extra $86 for 2 nights and that's too much. Other hotels don't charge so much.
Hastings at Renfrew is very noisy if your room is on Hastings.
Excellent breakfasts, room was clean and roomy.
Price for the room was perfect.

The room itself was pretty good itself but the property itself is in shambles. Falling apart basically. The light in our room on the ceiling was basically falling down. Could use a lot of TLC. The under ground parking had cluster and junk and mattresses all over the place. So the entrance was an eye sore for under ground parking.
They could tidy up and not leave mattresses all the over the parking lot.

For a great price point near the PNE forum, this is the place. The staff were incredibly friendly. There was a computer issue when I checked in which cause some delay to the check in process and the staff were very apologetic. Wasn’t a big deal at all. It’s an older building. The price was right, the parking was free and gated, and there was a very simple eggs and sausage breakfast included too.

As we are located near the intersection of two of the main roads downtown, outside noise can be troublesome and continues late at night. We apologize for any disturbances that this may cause. With that said, we do have free earplugs available at our 24-hour front desk! Should you be more sensitive to noise, we are also happy to accommodate you in a room that is further away from the street. Just let us know of your request as soon as you can, and we would be delighted to accommodate any requests!

We were given s newly renovated room. There was no hot water in our room for the first two days. The sink in the kitchen was not properly installed and the water leaked all underneath. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. We asked to be switched rooms and were told the hotel was full. Did not look anything close to full.

They are in the process of remodeling And the hotel looks Good on the inside But definitely needs a face lift on the outside. Nice place to stay For the price especially.
