Wouldn’t recommend… No A/C, loud subway noise so windows open not an option, too many rules to remember/parking for small car only & hassle in underground! Fines for forgetting to wait for garage doors to close (3 of them). Also extra $ for sofa bed linen. No smoking anywhere near building or on balcony. Limited basics I.e. coffee, sugar & towels. Saving grace convenient to B.C. place event.

Great location, good sized 2 bed apartment
We were in for a concert and hockey game...close to Rogers and walkable to shopping areas. Apartment was spacious and comfortable for 2 couples. Parking a bit confusing. Good communications with manager. Would stay again.

Beautiful property and great location!
I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was at this property! It deserves a solid 5-star rating! The owner's communication, from the initial booking to our check-out, was exceptional. They even went above and beyond, showing great kindness when we accidentally left our keys behind. Our group of friends thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The facilities were beautiful, and the location was perfect – with public transit just one block away and numerous restaurants in close proximity, not to mention the convenience of being near Rogers Arena. One fantastic highlight was the stocked coffee machine, adding a delightful touch to our stay. This property was exactly what we were looking for! Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Perfect for concerts/sports events
Being this close to Rogers Arena and BC place is unreal! It was amazing to walk 5 minutes and be at Rogers for our concert. Not to mention the gorgeous view, proximity to a skytrain station and all of the shops/restaurants nearby. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

Great place in a fabulous location!
Our stay here was fabulous. The location allowed for us to walk nearly everywhere and the unit itself has everything you’ll need. Viktoriya was a great communicator to make sure we were all settled in. This was our first time visiting Vancouver and we couldn’t have asked for a better part of the city. We would absolutely stay here again for a return trip.

Great place and convenient to many landmarks and restaurants. A bit noisy due to close proximity to the Stadium/Chinatown station, also some homeless at the front entrance. The host was very communicative, overall a very good stay.

Great towels and linens, comfortable beds,well equipped condo in the heart of the city, loved the pool and weight room, great bonus. close to the sky train for quick trips to shopping and downtown but noisy,Ten minute walk to Gastown but quite a few homeless folks on streets on the walk there.

We came to Vancouver for some live music shows and staying here really elevated our experience. Prime location, all venues were walking distance. Lots of food, drink and activities close by. Perfect short stay
The owner of this property went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday in Vancouver and we would definitely stay here again. The apartment is in a great location and was well furnished and equipped with everything we might have needed. There was easy access to public transport and we walked to many areas of downtown from here. Highly recommend this property.

Fun in Vancouver!!
The property looks exactly as advertised. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. The place was sparkling clean and the view of downtown Vancouver is amazing. It's close to everything, T&T in front, Costco in the corner, and there are literal shops and restaurants accessible by walking. The building was very secure and the only downside is that the parking is tight because the allotted spot is for small cars only.

Canucks Game
Great location overlooking Rogers Arena. We were 2 couples and thoroughly enjoyed the space in the condo. Far better than a hotel with comfortable living room to hang out, a full kitchen and laundry. Also sharing cost with our friends made it less expensive than a hotel. Grocery store, pizza right outside the door. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We are a family of 6 and it was perfect for us with the 2 bathrooms. The wall bed as a third bed was way better than any pullout couch. It had full afternoon sun exposure that made the afternoon and evening very warm while we were there. There were a couple of fans and good blinds but with no AC it was hot. It was July and unusually warm. It is a great location with lots of amenities. The host was great. She was very helpful with texting us all the instruction and keeping in contact to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely recommend this for a visit to Vancouver.
