Main upstairs has three of the bedrooms (King master, Double, Single), the main kitchen with seating for eight, and a fireplace living room with a fold-out couch for the friend who decided to come three days before the trip.

Bottom Left Suite is a fully self-contained wing — Queen and Double in separate rooms, with its own kitchen, own bathroom, and own entrance. This is the part of the house that earns its keep on a tournament-week trip: the in-laws can sleep on their own schedule, the couple that needs quiet gets quiet, and the half of the group still up at midnight has nowhere to wake anyone.

Bottom Right Suite is two more bedrooms (Double and Queen), tucked out of the main flow. A second retreat — for early sleepers, early flights, and anyone who'd rather not be in the kitchen at midnight.

Two kitchens means cooking for fourteen never waits its turn. Three bathrooms means no morning queues. In-unit washer and dryer. Fenced backyard with BBQ. Free street parking on Quebec and the side streets. Sprinklered, alarmed, and CO-detected throughout.

Guest access
Guests have full run of the entire property — both kitchens, all seven bedrooms, all three bathrooms, the backyard, and the laundry. No shared spaces, no host on-site, and no other guests in the building.

Other things to note
You're in Riley Park — one of Vancouver's most walkable neighbourhoods — and the area itself is half the reason to stay. Queen Elizabeth Park is one block away (best gardens and city view in Vancouver). Main Street is two blocks east — MeeT on Main, Locus, Aperture Coffee, plus the BC Liquor Store and a full grocery. Nat Bailey Stadium is three minutes' walk for a Canadians baseball night between matches.

Getting to BC Place is easy — King Edward SkyTrain is a ten-minute walk, twenty-five minutes door to door. Street parking on Quebec is free and abundant, no permit needed.
