The entire suite is exclusively for your private use—no shared spaces, entrances, or amenities.

Please note that long-term tenants live in a completely separate suite, which is in the basement floor, and has its own private entrance.

Our standalone 6-bedroom home features a secure keyless smart entry system. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent 48 hours before arrival once your booking is confirmed.

The main floor features a bright living room, a welcoming dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for shared meals and gatherings. Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms: two rooms (one king and one queen) each with a private en‑suite bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms that share one full bathroom.

The first floor includes two more bedrooms, both with private en‑suite bathrooms—one with a Queen bed and one with a King. Washer and dryer are conveniently located on both floors.

With generous room layouts and thoughtful amenities, this home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.

The owner will visit the property once a week to place garbage bins out and return them after collection

1. Early Check-In:

Available from 12:00 PM onward, CAD 150 fee applies, subject to availability

2. Late Check-Out:

Requests must be made in advance. Approval is subject to availability. CAD 50 fee applies (up to 1:00 PM)

3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:

We offer an early luggage drop-off service starting at 12:00 PM. The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time. A fee may apply for using this service.

We kindly ask that you drop off your luggage only in the foyer area. Please do not leave any food in the fridge until check-in time..

Note: Registration of a valid credit card is required to access any of these services. Your requests will be confirmed once applicable fees have been successfully charged.
