'My son and I enjoyed a quick overnight stay in the hill view cabin. The staff was so friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived! We got to trek the trail next to our cabin and it was worth the quick trip up the hill. The cabin decking can use a little bit of a facelift but otherwise, everything was pretty simple and just what was needed. Would definitely return for a longer stay. '

'We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. '

'Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

'Very clean and cozy. Right next to the highway and less than a 10 minute drive to Garner State Park and even closer to some great places to eat. My wife enjoyed herself which is the most important thing to have happen. Thank you!'
