'객실은 전반적으로 깨끗했으나 침구류가 꿉꿉했습니다. 3명이서 캐리어를 펼쳐놓고 지내기에는 공간이 좁았고, 잠금장치가 허술했습니다. 그리고, 가장 중요한 부분!! 하루는 사전에 안내없이 물이 나오지 않아 아침에 씻지도 못했습니다. 마지막으로 방비엔 시내와는 거리가 있어 교통수단(툭툭) 이용이 필수입니다.'

'Lovely peaceful location on the river yet still very close to town, restaurants, night markets and bars.'

'Nothing to complain about. The room as good,, staff was friendly, location was convenient.'

'Unfortunately, I can't review this hotel. We arrived and they were rebuilding beside and in front of the hotel. There was no parking as advertised. None of this is advertised obviously. After complaining, I was sent to their sister hotel, The Silver Naga, which was very nice. It is a shame hotels do things like this and not advise people.'

'This hotel must have been the bees knees before the Amari was built next door. It does appear to have been left to deteriorate over the last two years of covid lockdowns, but dont let that deter you. Room had a great view and balcony, the pool was great and clean. I really hope they get the bar and restaurant up and runnibg again and dust off the sun beds (they were stacked away in a room), as this hotel has potential to return to its former glory.'

'The room is very spacious, but the bathroom door and lights were broken. The receptionist changed a bulb for us but it only lasted for 30 min before it being broken again. And the receptionist was too close for comfort, entering our room on his own.'

'We came in around 22:00 to the hotel and the hotel staff was not so welcoming to us. Room is not so impressive, the bed was uncomfortable. This place definetely need a renovation. Oh the pool was nice. '
