Wherever you’re coming from, the Gulf of Varazze – with its beaches, Historic Center, and the beautiful wooden Marina that decorates Punta Aspera like a group of stilt houses – will immediately immerse you in the Ligurian atmosphere.



Whether you arrive by train or car, your refuge is located right within the “Ligurian caruggi” and is logistically ideal for any travel plan.



If arriving by car, you may temporarily park on the street to unload your luggage and then park later in the streets in front of the building.



Once you arrive at the building, you can conveniently collect the keys independently from the security box. Needless to say, the freedom to arrive at any time is a huge advantage.



Just a few steps separate you from your retreat, located on the first floor without an elevator.



Once inside, a small sign with the free WiFi access details will immediately make you feel at home.



The very comfortable sofa welcomes guests. From here you can relax, perhaps enjoying a movie on the high-definition Full HD TV. Terrestrial channels are not available.



The master suite features a comfortable Queen Size bed, a wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers to store your belongings and personal items.



The room also features a practical bunk bed, ideal for two additional guests.



Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for your stay.



The small dining area is equipped with everything you need: a modern stovetop, a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee.



Some capsules and herbal teas are offered with our compliments.



A four-seat table completes the living space. Plates, cutlery, various pots, as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar can be found in the cabinets.



The bathroom includes complete ceramic sanitary ware and a shower to refresh yourself before bedtime.



The apartment is also equipped with two powerful air conditioners to regulate the temperature both in summer and winter.



And when you’re out? You’re in Liguria, a region famous for its stunning coastlines and beaches nestled in rocky coves – perfect for a swim or unforgettable holiday pictures.



If you enjoy good food or looking for great aperitivo or nightlife, the Marina di Varazze and the nearby town center offer plenty of options to explore.



Thanks to the apartment’s location, you can easily choose between the beautiful and well-known beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno, and Varigotti – or stay nearby and decide which beach is the best among Albisola, Celle Ligure, or Varazze. Are you more of a relaxer or an explorer? The choice is yours!



Just 42 minutes away via the highway you’ll find Genoa, with its famous Aquarium and Cristoforo Colombo Airport.
