Beautiful beach, comfortable, beautiful, and clean rooms, good facilities, excellent food and outstanding waitstaff at restaurants and bar. This resort tends to be popular with younger families with kids, so if you're looking for a place without families, this is probably not for you. The resort is about 45 minutes away from Goa Dabolim airport. Call hotel for a paid taxi pick-up well ahead. You will have to pay for airport drop off too. Overall, great place and good value for money, though their systems (like many places in India!) seem to be a bit chaotic and disorganized. If you call them, for example, they will need to know your reservation # (not the Expedia reservation) and can't seem to do a search based on your name. Check-in took some time although the front desk was polite and helpful, and we were served welcome cold drinks while we waited. Like many places in India, people don't follow a queuing system and jump in even though front desk may be helping you (systems!), so that adds to the delay as they deal with multiple issues at the same time. Late check out of a few hours is paid for with an additional day's room charge, so be aware of this when you book your flight. Information about what events are going on each day is not obvious and you'll have to call the front desk or dig around a bit. Not all 5 restaurants and bars were open when we stayed for 4 nights, but food quality, variety, and service were excellent. Varca beach is fabulous! Enjoy your stay!

A clean and neat surrounding. Way direct to beach. A guard recording in and out at beach was good. Overall housekeeping was excellent. Good spread of menu over buffets.

Lovely resort and right on a quiet stretch of the beach. Quite expensive to leave the resort and go anywhere, but great if you just don’t want to do too much. Grounds are beautiful. Staff on reception not very helpful if you have questions or need anything, which is a shame.

Great hotel has everything you can ask for.Excellent pool area for kids.Massage and spa areas very nice.Rooms are spacious.Casino to crowded and busy not ideal place for a women.Breakfast staff were all very good and friendly.Dissapointments late checkout is not available even if u ask in advance.Baby cot should be a camp cot and not the one they have baby not safe to leave in it.If there's a function happening restaurants are closed as they cater for there events.Kids club available with daily activities for kids.Also there is no atm on site and no money exchange.

Etablissement superbe. Très bon breakfast, mais dîner sans variété pas à l'auteur de l'Hotel. Les boissons et les repas hors forfait son très chers. Service courtois et impeccable. WiFi excellent. Belle plage, mais difficile de nager. Aucun divertissement dans l'Hotel le soir. L'offre de 15% discount sur les repas et sur la Spa n'est pas respectée.

When you enter the property it looks lavish but the disappointment is have to make three complaints in three nights we stayed out of three nights. 1st night went for dinner and the staff were not aware of pint size they serve, asked them specifically and ordered accordingly but came in half the size of what I have been told. Then the billed arrived paid the sum and the server came back short of money stating Sir there is X amount short is it okay? I was not expecting this from 5* hotel Zuri claimed to be. 2nd night our room number was 101 next to the kitchen, the staff were making noise outside the room at 11pm told the staff directly the noise didn’t stopped. Called reception requesting the same after 15 minutes the noises didn’t stopped. Even told them yiu h e awaken my 3 year old daughter but no difference, finally I have to go to reception to ask them can they stop as this is unacceptable. 3rd got the WhatsApp message from the bury manager Chandni at 2.22pm stating that do we need to change the room where they are aware we are leaving next morning? When notified to her asking why I am not allowed to get the taxi from outside she said it is all of South Goa where you have to order taxi from the hotel, so asked why this has not mentioned on your website as they charge 70% more then the price is. She sir this is what they charge. In my opinion ZURI is worth 3* hotel this is also bcos of few good staff. Will I visit again to Zuri, NO.

The property and services are excellent. Location is reasonable distance from the airport. This property along with other regional hotels suffers from unreasonable and excessive taxi cartel which appear to be supported by the hotels. If you are not familiar with the region, you will be ripped off by the taxi drivers association who work with some of the concierge of the hotels. A prepaid taxi from airport to the hotel is around Rs 1300.09 for 2 passengers with standard amount of luggage. Return journey to airport for same is quoted by the hotel’s night staff at Rs 1700.00 and at the last minute the concierge of the hotel increases unilaterally to Rs 2700.00 claiming excess baggage. Duty manager steps in to help and ensures that the guests are not overcharged.

Noisy Poor Customer Care
Very disappointed in this hotel. We were in room 131 for 3 nights and our sleep was disturbed by trolleys being pushed past from 6am each day. Complained and asked for a different room but told hotel was full. On the third night trolleys started to bring stuff past our room from about 10:30pm and only stopped at 11:45 pm when I complained. Response from the management was we had a function! We were given a different room on 4th day which was quieter but still noisy for a hotel of this standard - we could hear everything from adjoining rooms and outside areas. Not a good hotel for uninterrupted sleep. Concern from management was severely lacking and we were offered no compensation for a miserable stay- attitude was 'we moved you when you complained' which is simply not good enough. The only positives I will give are that the rooms were very clean and well appointed and the pool and location are superb. Management really needs to look at its attitude to real customer care.

Place has signs of wear and tear . Check in took a very long time if you want 2 twin beds. I was disappointed with our stay .The room smelled of insecticide . Beach is beautiful. There is a charge to use steam and sauna in gym and closes at 5:30 not 8 pm as the staff stated.

Check in and check out takes awhile. They have to send someone to check the mini bar. The room staff were awesome! The front desk people weren’t very friendly. Loved the hotel it’s self just not check in/out.

성수기라 비싼 요금으로 예약하기도 했지만.. 객실 청결도나 노후는 심각합니다. 화장실 세면대 주변에 양치 물 튀긴자국이며 가구에 머리카락뭉침, 베딩청결 모두 심각합니다. 다만 수영장이 크고 정원이 잘 가꿔져있고 프라이빗 비치의 바닷물은 예상을 뛰어넘어 깨끗했습니다. 호텔에서 불러주는 독점 택시는 비싸고 테러블 서비스에 정말 최악입니다. 담에는 이 호텔 절대 안갑니다!!

Awesome Zuri
We stayed at Zuri Goa for 3 nights. The resort is really huge and beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. Buffet breakfast spread is exhaustive with both Indian and continental food. The resort has two huge swimming pools. We had wonderful stay at Zuri.

Zuri is one of the best luxury property in Goa. Spread across acress of land and every bit so well maintained. I luv the private beach🤗 white sand and so clean water. Staff was v helpful and welcoming... will surely go back

Horrible experience, in every sense it does not even meet 3 star experience 1. Buffet breakfast not up to mark not even 10-15 choices. 2. The front desk n the security did not even bother to serve n get things up to our taxi. They were waiting for us to give a hand to them. 3. The resorts pretty old not properly maintained at all. There are tiles broken around swimming pool which would be dangerous especially to kids. 4. The room interior not up to mark n swimming pool bathroom stinked like hell. 5. Casino is with drunkards and most of them are locals waiting to start a fight with u. My worst experience in a hotel in Goa after 8 trips, I've been to Ramada and holiday inn in the vicinity they are 1000 times better. Ramada in particular was best among 3.

Good & bad. Good - pool, staff, Gym, location & beach. Bad- You get woken most nights by people chatting on their way back to their room 2-5AM after a night in the Casino or their Wedding reception. Other than a quiet singer, no entertainment. Bicycles are charged to rent & only available for an hour & you cant leave the Hotel! Pool food is poor.
