White Forest Agency offers this studio apartment, ideally located at the foot of the slopes, within the Les Fibières residence in Vars Les Claux. With a surface area of 25 m² and located on the 7th floor, this functional apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is an ideal base for making the most of the resort.
The apartment features a sleeping area with bunk beds, as well as a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed. It also has a bathroom and separate toilet. You can enjoy a pleasant east-facing terrace with views over the Paneyron, providing the apartment with plenty of natural light.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, a compact refrigerator, a dishwasher, a combination oven, a raclette grill, a kettle, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a hand blender and a cordless stick vacuum cleaner.
End-of-stay cleaning is not included. Bed linen and towels are available as an optional package at a rate of €16 per person. Please contact us for further information. Pets are not allowed and all our rental properties are strictly NON-SMOKING.
