Golfparadijs bij Poolside Paradise

3 slaapkamers 3. 5 badkamers ruime prive-woning in een gated golfbaan gemeenschap. 20 minuten naar Pinehurst en Southern Pines.
Enorme keuken, zitplaatsen voor 8 in de eetkamer. 2 open haarden. Grote tuin met zwembad. Master suite heeft een kingsize bed van Tempur-Pedic en een bad met een jacuzzi. 2e en 3e slaapkamers beneden hebben elk een eigen badkamer. Buiten kunt u genieten van een grote achtertuin met grill en zwembad.
Je hele huis zal van jou kunnen genieten, boven en beneden, van binnen en van buiten. Eigenaars zijn tijdens uw verblijf op afstand, maar u hoeft slechts één telefoontje te regelen!

Spent a few nights in a wonderful home, but unfortunately was not exactly as advertised. We were expecting pool, hot tub, patio grill as per the listing…. Only the hot tub was as advertised. There was no grill at all. We bought groceries expecting a grill….then had to quickly figure out something else for dinner as none was available. We contacted hosts and they did remedy the grill by the 2nd day… Pool completely not usable. Very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in some time, we were disappointed that ad indicated pool was available for our rental, yet not at all ready for us. If owners do not maintain pool during winter months, it should clearly be stated in ad and not listed as available.

This property is in a beautiful wooded location. It is very private. It is set up well for a family gathering. It has a large kitchen and several eating areas. The bedrooms are separated on opposite sides of the house to provide privacy. There are bathrooms for each bedroom. There are two living areas which gives guests a chance to spread out. This layout was wonderful for a family gathering.

Successful Thanksgiving Visit

My family was visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Bragg (Liberty) over Thanksgiving. Successfully prepared and hosted dinner! Our family enjoyed the learning about the history of the house and the plans for the dam repair. The house was comfortable with plenty of rooms and we were fascinated by some of the older books in the large collection. We also brought our dogs with us which was nice! One of the previous reviews mentioned a fenced backyard- just wanted to clarify that it does not have one (not an issue for the listing just wanted to prepare others that might bring their dogs). We have a portable electric fence/collar system so it wasn’t a problem. The owner was helpful and quick to respond to a few questions that I had. Beautiful sunsets every night from the back deck. Overall a great stay…will be perfect when the dam repair is complete!

Birthday weekend!

The pool was perfect and a beautiful spot to watch the sunsets. The pool table was definitely an added bonus. The house offered plenty of space. Easy drive to Pinehurst and many other golf courses. It was a great getaway from MI to have a family visit with our son who lives in Greensboro.

Fort Bragg Visiting Mom

My stay was perfect! I was looking for something peaceful for a 9 day visit with my daughter who is stationed at Fort Bragg. While she worked during the day on base, I also worked from the house. Wifi was fast. The location gave us a place to escape at the end of the day, have dinner and hang out. The property owners were immediately responsive to all questions I had reached out with. overall it is good. 35 minutes from Fort Bragg. Very nice owners!

My son left a poster and the owner was very helpful mailing it to him. Nice comfortable layout of the house. Outdoor furniture could use an upgrade, BBQ needs new wire brush, chalk for pool table, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Kate!

Family Vacation!!

Our family of 5, plus our dog, had a fantastic vacation in this wonderful home. The setting is very peaceful and relaxing. The house is well kept and spacious. The pool was awesome and refreshing. Beautiful House with clean pool

My family loved the stay at this wonderful property. When arriving there was a little bump on the driveway that you have to be careful of. The multi-floor layout was perfect for privacy. The master bedroom is on the first level and the rest of the bedrooms are below. The furniture is very homey and comfortable. The amenities were clean and easy to use. The hosts were wonderful! We will be back again.

Everything about this property was excellent. Communications with the owner, check-in instructions, size, value, and amenities. The house was so perfect, with so much space for getting together or having privacy. Perfect for my group of 5 adults. Such a peaceful, quiet, private setting!
