Facing South-West and South-East, this 80 m² single-storey house has a beautiful 32 m² living room (flat screen TV, hi-fi system) with an open kitchen (gas hob, extractor fan, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto a terrace, a large pantry for your shopping with washing machine with access to the garden, a first bedroom (140 cm bed, 80 cm bunk beds and wardrobe), a second (160 cm bed (2x80 cm) and closet, a third bedroom (140 cm bed and closet), a large bathroom with Italian shower and double sinks and separate toilet. Outside there are several terraces, a large enclosed garden with garden furniture, lounge chair, barbecue and an outdoor shower (hot and cold water) for when you come back from the beaches. For your parking, you can park your vehicle in the driveway of the house in complete safety. Garden furniture and deckchairs available for outdoor dining and relaxation. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided - services to be ordered upon request. Housekeeping service is available upon request; otherwise, a specific cleaning deposit will be required.
