Upstairs, there's a relaxation/reading area with an armchair, a bedroom (one double bed and one single bed on a mezzanine), an office area with a chest of drawers, and a bathroom. A parking space is available in front of the garage. For your comfort, there is reversible air conditioning (living room and upstairs bedroom).
