The only thing is that I cannot understand why you serve the breakfast in the weekend from 8 o clock, while you know that people have to go to the congress center and so they have to eat from a bag instead of having their breakfast at 7. '

Enige minpuntje is dat je moet inchecken op een machine en dat dat niet gewoon kan (ook als het rustig is) bij een medewerker. Dat is wat onpersoonlijk en past niet helemaal bij het verder redelijk luxe hotel. Maar dat is een detail.'
