'We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late...

We used uber for transportation around town. There is a mini market in the condo complex also. The complex of 2 towers is a mix of full time residential and some short term rentals. 'Looks nothing like the picture all I can say.'

'I must say, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised. The pictures presented online are deceiving; the reality is that it's old, dated, and far from well-maintained. The AC was non-functional, leaving us to endure uncomfortable temperatures throughout our stay. Additionally, the fridge had a tendency to spill, adding to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. The overall condition of the property was subpar, with signs of age and neglect evident in every corner....

'The host was very knowledgeable extremely helpful with any questions or needs we had. Location is one of the best with incredible ocean views. If we return again to Puerto Rico will rent this place again.'
