The apartment is located at the beach with sea views.
Two times a terrace. One wit sea view & one of 40 square meters.
The appartment is on the second and highest level of the property. There is an elevator available!
Everything is in walking distance. Super market Super Sol is only 50 meters away and parking in front of the appartment.

Torre del Mar is an authentic part of the historic Spain! Perfectly and central situated for visits to other places.

The apartment is located on the 2nd and top floor. (Elevator available!)
It has two terraces. Onr with a sea view and the other is about 40 square meters. Ideal for sunbathing, shades or just to chill out and eat! This terrace is in fact accessible from the kitchen and the living room!
The kitchen is completely equipped amd has an applirefrigerator, dishwasher, oven, extractor hood, washing machine, coffee machine of Dolce Gusto, electric kettle, sandwich toaster etc.

Living room: nice sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player (European channels). Airconditioning, dining area.
Bedrooms with a box spring and fitted wardrobes.
Also available: Vacuum cleaner, Iron, Ironing board and Hairdryer.

From the appartment everything is in a walking distance, including a large supermarket (Super Sol and the Beach, both maximum 50 meters) restaurants, bars, beach, parking in front of the appartment!

Torre del Mar betreft een authentiek deel van het historische Spanje! Ideaal gelegen om vanuit dit oord andere plaatsen aan te bezoeken.
Het appartement is gelegen op de 2e en hoogste verdieping. (Lift aanwezig!)Het heeft twee terassen. Een met zeezicht en de ander is circa 40 vierkante meter. Ideaal om gezellig te zonnen, schaduwen of lekker te chillen en eten! Dit terras is namelijk bereikbaar vanuit de keuken en de woonkamer!
Keuken met inbouwapparatuur (koelkast, vaatwasser, oven, magnetron, afzuigkap, wasmachine, koffieapparaat, waterkoker, tosti apparaat etc).
Woonkamer: lekkere hoekbank, flatscreen tv, dvd speler (Europese zenders). Airco eethoek.
Slaapkamers voorzien van een box spring en inbouwkasten.

Daarnaast is alles op loopafstand, waaronder een grote supermarkt (Super Sol) restaurants, barretjes, het strand, parkeerplaats voor de deur!

Torre del Mar ist ein authentischer Teil des historischen Spanien! Perfekte zentrale Lage um andere Platze zu besuchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der zweiten stock das ist auch der obersten Etage. (Aufzug vorhanden!) Es gibt zwei Terrassen. Eine mit Meerblick und das andere ist etwas 40 Quadratmeter. Ideal zum Sonnenbaden, Schatten oder einfach nur zu entspannen und essen ynd Trinken! Diese Terrasse ist verbunden mit der Küche und das Wohnzimmer.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat applirefrigerator, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Waschmaschine, Dolce Gusto-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und so weit.
Wohnzimmerr: schönes Sofa, Flachbildschirm TV, DVD-Player (Europäische Kanäle), Esstisch und Klimaanlage.
Schlafzimmern: Boxspring und Schränke.
Zur Verfügung: Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Staunsauger und Haartrockner.
