Geweldig
Fantastisch huis met geweldige locatie. Zwembad was zalig. Wij waren met 10 personen en alles was voorzien. Ook fijn dat op vraag van ons de eigenaar transfer geregeld had van en naar het vliegveld waarvoor nog eens dank. Zeker aan te bevelen.

Moorse sferen
Een sfeervol Moors ingericht huis. De eigenaren hebben ons zeer vriendelijk verwelkomd en we konden met alle vragen bij hen terecht. Heel fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de garage bij het huis. We hebben er een heerlijke week samen met onze familie gehad!

Dit is zo'n bijzonder huis! Sfeervol en met liefde ingericht. Heerlijk zwembad in de tuin.
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit prachtige huis. Olivier en Juana zijn vriendelijke gastheren die er alles doen om je verblijf comfortabel te laten zijn. Het huis is met veel liefde en aandacht v ingericht. Het is een sprookje uit 1001 nacht. Een oase. Kortom echt een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Olivier en Juana bewoonden de 2e verdieping terwijl de 1e verdieping en de begane grond voor ons waren. We hebben er totaal geen hinder van gehad dat zij ook in hetzelfde huis woonden. We mochten ook gebruik maken van de garage. Dat was erg fijn voor het parkeren van onze huurauto. Het huis is een heerlijk startpunt voor Nerja, Maro (zeekayakken daar is een aanrader!), Malaga en het prachtige witte stadje Frigiliana. Ook het Alhambra bezoeken is uitstekend te doen vanaf dit huis (75 min.rijden). Wij hopen zeker een keer terug te komen naar deze heerlijke oase plek!

Lovely home in town
This house worked well for our group. It had lots of character . The one thing I would point out if that you should bring or purchase upon arrival soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shower gel, paper towels, and any other extras you might want as it’s pretty bare bones as far as what is supplied . We were caught unawares the first morning when people took showers. Our host also supplied us with more toilet paper as it was a Sunday and we went out and bought more on the Monday. The parking I front of the house is generally easy enough and we have just two occasions during our 6 day stay when we couldn’t . I did not feel comfortable pulling into the little garage . I would highly recommend heading up the street to see the old portion of town. Also the fact that the owners live on the third floor was of no concern to us at all. We barely saw them and certainly did not hear them. One nice feature is the little night lights that go on when it’s dark through the home . Also the night time lighting around the pool.

Wonderful Vacation!
We had a lovely stay in this large house in Velez-Malaga. Everything about the property was wonderful. There were nine of us—all adults, and we had no issues with space. That said, there were times when we had to wait for everyone to use bathroom/shower, so I would caution very large groups of 10 or more persons. Location in V-M is conveniently located to historic fort, and many nearby attractions. Thank you Olivier and Juana!

Incredible private villa
The property was incredible, it looks even better than the pictures. The hosts are lovely and despite our language barriers were able to be very helpful. The buses and supermarket is nearby so it's easy to get around. I'd recommend a hire car if you're staying in Velez Malaga though, they'd make it far easier to get about

First International family trip.
We are a family of five and we’re looking for a property that would accommodate us comfortably. Not only was this property beautiful but also very comfortable. The owners are absolutely lovely and very attentive. They answered any questions we had promptly and welcomed us on our first day. A very pleasant stay
We had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful place. It is located perfectly - all areas of interest are easy to reach: airport, Malaga, beach, hiking trails, Granada etc. Our hosts have been charming. We had problems with the booking process in the beginning, but our host as well as the FeWo team have been patient and helpful all the time. We hope to be back sooner or later. Highly recommended!

Urlaub bei Freunden
Wer etwas abseits der Costa del Sol im "richtigen Leben" übernachten möchte, dem sei Juanas und Oliviers Patio Andaluz ans Herz gelegt. Der Strandrummel in Torre del Mar ist dabei nur 3 km entfernt (auch wenn es Corona-bedingt) recht ruhig war). Die großen, geschmackvollen Zimmer, der verwunschene Innenhof, die große Küche und der wunderbare Pool: Urlaub der besonderen Art, mitten im charmanten Velez Malaga. Wir haben uns bestens erholt, was natürlich auch an den überaus freundlichen Gastgebern Juana und Olivier lag.

En términos generales, la experiencia ha sido más que buena. La casa es preciosa, la atención, tanto por parte de Juana como de Olivier, magnífica (siempre están disponibles, son amables y cercanos y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites). Lo único a tener en cuenta de antemano, hecho que creemos que es importante, es que los propietarios viven en la propia casa, por lo que hay que tener en cuenta que la intimidad se ve limitada (eso sí, viven en la parte de arriba y hacen vida totalmente independiente). Por lo demás, todo bien.

Très belle propriété bien décorée située en plein centre ville, proche des commerces, d'une rue piétonne et des restaurants à pieds. Garage pratique pour se garer. Nous étions 2 familles de 2 adultes et 2 enfants et la répartition des chambres a permis de préserver l'espace de chacun. Le patio avec la piscine centrale était un havre de paix. Le patio est protégé par une porte et une barrière pour sécuriser les jeunes enfants de la piscine. Tout y est pour passé un bon séjour.

Nos tuvimos que ir por varias razones
Avise que tenia una rodilla mal y me dijeron que no habia problema de escaleras, todo tenia escalones y la zona de descanso estaba en un primer piso sin ascensor.. Nos querian cobrar la luz a parte y no tenian abajo ni television, ni un sillón y solo dos camas muy incomodas y bajas... Nos sentimos engañados y pagamos la penalización y nos fuimos.. La piscina era bonita y lo unico que no es engañoso

Très mauvaise expérience pour nous, locataire très désagréable nous avons malgré tout fait le remboursement intégral de la location en espece 10 minutes après leur arrivée alors que le contrat de location ne prévoie aucun remboursement dans ce cas . Personne mal poli sans aucune éducation Muy mala experiencia para nosotros, inquilino muy desagradable aún realizamos el reembolso completo del alquiler en efectivo 10 minutos después de su llegada, mientras que el contrato de alquiler no ofrece ningún reembolso en este caso. Persona mal educada sin ningún tipo de educación Very bad experience for us, very unpleasant tenant we still made the full refund of the rental in cash 10 minutes after their arrival while the rental agreement does not provide any refund in this case. Badly polite person without any education

Lovely weekend with friends.
We were a large group of 13 staying over a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the hosts very helpful with our planning and organisation. They will even cook you a wonderful paella. The town was lovely with lots of nice restaurants and bars and the beach was an easy and reasonably priced taxi ride away. Only tiny criticism would be an extra toilet separate to the shower rooms would have been good with 13 people in the house. But I would highly recommend anyone to visit.

Five star holiday
We had a fabulous holiday at Velez Malaga. The property is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Everything was very clean and tidy and there is an extremely well equipped kitchen. The pool is a good size and the outside area is really peaceful and quiet. We loved spending time on the sun loungers and hammock in the shade of the olive and the palm trees. We received a really warm welcome from Juana and feel extremely lucky to have been able to spend time in this beautiful house. We would highly recommend it to other holiday makers.

A lovely 5 night break
We found Velez Malaga to be far larger than expected but the house was tucked away in a nice narrow road, very close to shops, bars & restaurants but no noise. We travelled to Lake Vinuela, Periana & Benamacorra and also to Nerja & Frigiliana so a perfect base. The pool and outdoor space was lovely for relaxing and the kitchen was extremely well equipped if you wanted to eat in. Note: Restaurants shut at 4pm and re-open between 7-8. We ate out every night, once by Lake Vinuela and once in Nerja but we found the restaurants close to the house were very good. All in all, a lovely stay with perfect hosts. Thank You Mandy Briggs

Incredible house in a wonderful town. Perfect holiday.
This was a wonderful place to celebrate my 50th birthday with family. The pool was much bigger than we thought from the photos and we all enjoyed swimming in it, even though it was only April. Velez Malaga is a delightful town and not too touristy. Great restaurants, beautiful streets and wonderful location with amazing views from the castle and church. Olivier and Juana were very welcoming hosts. The house is spacious and wonderfully decorated with Moorish tiles and Juana's artwork. Would love to come again.

We had an enjoyable stay with cordial friendly hosts. The house accommodation is spacious, the main staircase provides access for the owners as well as the guests. The description of the property needs slight amendment as there is no lawn/garden only a paved pool area with trees and shrubs.

Pleasant period house but a little tired.
The property is a charming period house but it is a little more tired than is apparent from the pictures. We didn't notice any reference in the marketing information that the owners live on the premises. So it was a surprise to discover that in fact they live on the top floor and share the hall and stairs with the guest area. This made the stay feel like we were renting rooms in the owner's house rather than renting a private holiday home. Maybe it wouldn't bother other guests but it was not what we expected. The pool was a nice feature and it was lovely to swim in winter, but a house of this size would have benefitted from a good lounge area, as the only alternative to sitting on hard chairs round the dining table was the internal TV area which had no windows. Incidentally we couldn't get any reception on the satellite TV. Sorry to make a few negative observations but the property didn't quite live up to what we had hoped.

Bonjour Nous sommes surpris par votre mauvaise appréciation car nous sommes très attentifs à la propreté de la maison et au confort de nos locataires Je suis également surpris de votre remarque sur le salon TV car il y a une grande fenêtre qui donne sur le patio et avons le câble et le satellite et une connexion internet avec la fibre . Il y a également dans le patio un petit coin salon. Nous habitons le dernier étage de la maison et partagons avec vous uniquement la porte d'entree et l'escalier.( nous ne nous sommes jamais croisé durant votre séjour) Et pour votre tranquillité et votre confort nous vous garantissons l’exclusivité d’occupation de la maison quel que soit le nombre de chambres louées, vous pouvez donc ainsi profiter à votre convenance des salons, terrasses, patios, garage, jardin!!

Paradise found!
We spent 2 weeks at El Patio Andaluz and it was everything we hoped for. The courtyard and pool were lovely areas to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and is comfortable too. Within minutes of walking there are restaurants and bars on the doorstep and the town has many shops and supermarkets again within walking distance. The owners Olivier and Juana were helpful in recommending places to eat which were amazng, one at the bottom of the steps El Caseria is not to be missed! We caught the bus a couple of times to Torre del Mar and enjoyed the beach and the resort but it was so nice to come back to the peace of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen should you feel like cooking and we made use of the barbecue too. All in all an authentic Spanish house in a great location, absolute value for money too. Thanks once again to our lovely hosts for a holiday to remember, Jean and Drew

Super Villa mit Pool perfekt für Familien und Gruppen
Villa ist wie auf den Bildern. Pool ist von der Grösse perfekt ist nicht gechlort sondern mit etwas Salzwasser angereichert was aber überhaupt nicht stört. Vermieter sind super lieb und diskret und bei Fragen immer bereit zu helfen. Empfehle das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter und ich würde jederzeit nochmal dort Urlaub machen da alles zu Fuss erreichbar ist
