Our charming villa in the heart of Provence is situated on a fenced 1,100m² property. Our private, very pleasant house, in a peaceful setting with retro décor, offers an exceptionally cozy living space. Ideal for 4-7 people, you'll spend an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.

Its shaded, tree-lined garden provides all the tranquility you need to relax.

You'll particularly appreciate the spacious swimming pool with its pool house, a completely secure area.

The rental portion of the house includes:

- A large living/dining room with a double sofa bed, TV, and reversible air conditioning.

- 1 separate, fully equipped kitchen with appliances
- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) (+ 1 travel cot available)
- 1 bedroom with a single bed (90cm) + 1 double sofa bed
- 1 bathroom with shower + 1 separate toilet

- The games area with pinball, foosball, arcade machine, and a genuine 70s jukebox will delight your evenings, summer and winter.

The separate aquatic area includes:

- 1 70m² pool (17m long - maximum depth 2.50m and a 1m deep submerged beach area) with a diving board
- 1 changing room with toilet and shower. A laundry room with washing machine
- 1 kitchenette and bar for preparing meals (gas barbecue, hob, microwave, refrigerator, etc.), table/chairs, electric awning
- 1 relaxation area with bench seating, sun loungers, parasol, etc.
The saltwater pool operates independently.

3 secure parking spaces within the property (electric gate/keypad entry)
Pets welcome (maximum 2 dogs and cats).

Everything has been designed and optimized for your well-being, tranquility, and family fun.

The village is 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, 30 minutes from Marseille, and 45 minutes from the nearest beaches (Côte Bleue). It offers all amenities, including a weekly local market on Saturdays.

Ideally located in the heart of the Aix hills, near the Sainte-Victoire mountain range, the Luberon, the Verdon Regional Natural Park, and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
