'Cosy and characteristic hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Neat rooms with all the needed accessories. The breakfast is till 12 h which was great for late sleepers. The location is perfect. 3 min walk from the water buss stop, 5 min walk to San Marco piazza and 10 min to Rialto bridge. In front of the hotel you can get a gondola. I’d love to go there again. '

'It was good overall experience. Location is great as it is right beside the Piazza San Marco, but anywhere in venice is good location so not so valid point to me. Staff ls were very nice and helpful. I had no specific issues so I cannot say how they handle the problem but they seem to be very nice. Room is good size and the washroom is a bit small but good for Italy actually. I didn’t have any problem with the size. My room had a small balcony with a table and chairs. It was facing away from...
