Locatie was goed maar de verwarming van mijn kamer was kapot en ik heb 2 nachten in de kou doorgebracht. Maar ik moet toegeven dat de situatie door de hoge vloed misschien anders dan normaal was.

Buonasera da AD Place Venice, ci dispiace molto che la sua visita a Venezia e nella nostra struttura abbia avuto delle complicazioni; la situazione della cittĆ  era molto difficile in quei giorni ed anche la nostra struttura ĆØ stata affettata. "Schot in de roos"
Het hotel ligt perfect, dicht bij de drukte doch in een heerlijk rustige stukje, aan een kanaal. De kleinschaligheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel, in het bijzonder Kamal, gaven ons een heel welkom gevoel. Het ontbijt is heel goed, on- italiaans bijna met veel keus en alles vers. De kamers zijn erg sfeervol, wij keken b.v. direct op een zijkanaaltje uit waar het gezang van de gondeliers ons tegemoed klonk. Enigste minpuntje is misschien het ontbreken van een lift, maar ach....trappenlopen is in Venetie toch onvermijdelijk! P.s: het hotel heeft ook 3 mooie appartementen

Perfect for me as a solo traveler. The hotel provided perfect instructions on how to find hotel, took 2 mins from waterbus stop. Shower was extremely small though. Be prepared for stairs but staff was awesome on taking my luggage to and from room. Breakfast was good and fresh. Front desk staff was wonderful on providing dinner and things to do nearby suggestions

The apartment I reserved was incredible! Super roomy and clean. The location was perfect - right in the middle of everything! The staff was also really great. Iā€™d recommend Ad Place for anyone that asks!

Ad Place is tremendous value for its great location. Kamal and the staff are all really charming and welcoming . The property is quiet, beautifully maintained and a stones throw from La Fenice. Buffet breakfast was beautifully presented. Although I donā€™t want to mark the place down I think they could get nicer pillows, the bed was firm which I like but so were the pillows. Also the access to the shower in the room I booked is very tight because of the placement of the sink which has quite sharp edges. However itā€™s an excellent value to stay and I would consider staying again if Iā€™m back in Venice.

Hotel molto bello di fronte teatro la Fenice .
Hotel molto bello e centrale, ( di fronte teatro la Fenice ) staff gentilissimo e ottima e abbondante colazione . Unico piccolo neo, ma allo stesso tempo particolaritĆ  del luogo, le scale tante e scomode per arrivare in stanza ( noi eravamo all' ultimo piano ) . Siamo al corrente che l' hotel si trova in un palazzo storico dove non ĆØ stato possibile costruire ascensore , perĆ² ci si arriva belli provati in stanza . Ne ĆØ comunque valsa la pena .

LOVED Ad Place. The location can't be beat - close to St. Marks and the Rialto Bridge. The most magical part however was the gondolas that would go by beneath our room and hearing the music that came with them. Unforgettable. The staff was also incredibly helpful and responsive.
