Echt een aanrader!
Weekend in Venetiƫ.. Leuk en zeer vriendelijk personeel, kamers hebben echt een wow factoor, mooi, schoon goed onderhoud! We werden in de watten gelegd.. En niet te vergeten het eten.. Heerlijk gegeten, compliment aan de Chef!! Het verblijf in jet hotel zeer aangenaamd en staat centraal in Venetiƫ!

Geweldig,sfeervol hotel. Karakteristiek gebouw, Rustig maar toch centraal gelegen. Alle highlights binnen 10-15 minute loopafstand. Kamer met karakter en sfeer. Ruim en uitstekende bedden en sanitair. Ook het bijzetbed (3e persoon) was erg comfortabel Ontbijtzaal en ontbijt goed, maar geen 5 sterren. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en servicegericht. Ook de bereikbaarheid met de watertaxi van en naar het vliegveld is uitstekend (<30 minuten).

Did not live up to the expectations
Location is perfect, the staff courteous and friendly but... The room is not worth the high price. We stayed in a comfort room. Tiny and no view. Worst was the bathroom (which was "suitable for elderly and disabled"). Impossible to take a proper shower without getting the toilet and toilet paper wet. Very irritating when you enter the bathroom on socks. So we spend quite some time mopping the floor. Tip.... Get a shower curtain. Decor is quite nice, however management has chosen for bright energy saving lamps in all chandeliers. We had to catch an early flight. We were informed breakfast was served 07.00 onwards. As our water taxi was booked 07.20 that would leave us enough time to have a decent breakfast. Unfortunately the breakfast crew overslept and was late. We helped unpack the cereals, had one coffee and that was it. Altogether a very disappointing stay

Een heerlijk hotel met alle comfort, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede kamer, met alle luxe, die je maar wenst. Zeker een aanrader !!! Wij komen hier terug !

Lovely place and more spacious than a lot of places in Venice. Great breakfast as well and waiting staff really nice with children. Would stay again in the future!

We liked the SPA and breakfast. Also, close to waterbus. We were able to walk to all attractions.

I have had a couple of stays at this hotel and would have no hesitation in returning. Great staff, great location and excellent rooms. Perfectly situated in a convenient spot near the Rialto - close to water buses, but in a quiet street so feels quite quiet. Would highly recommend.

I canā€™t recommend the hotel and staff highly enough. I canā€™t fault it. The breakfasts are very good with an excellent choice across the board. The staff in all areas of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. Although close to the Rialto (easy if you need/want to use water transport) it is in a quiet spot. It is ideally placed for good restaurants too. The hotel does have an excellent restaurant but it is for a special occasion rather than everyday food. Excellent food! I look forward to the next time I can stay at this hotel.

We felt like royalty at the Ai REali di Venezia....the breakfast was very good, the staff incredibly friendly, especially the front desk personnell. Very helpful when we had questions. Bravo!!

The hotel is in a great spot - minutes from The Rialto and 5 mins from San Marco. There is a very good breakfast and staff were very good - both in the breakfast dining room and staff reception. My only criticism would be that the hotel bar was a bit drab and can only think it doesn't get very busy there. The hotel was fully booked mid January which must tell you something. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Venice is calling!
Everything about Hotel Ai Reali was perfection! From the months ahead, Elisa made sure every request was granted...she is definitely the MVP of the hotel! Everyone was simply awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to ANYONE that wishes to be pampered around the clock!

The Property is located on a quiet street. The water taxi can usually (depends on tide) take you right to the door. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very clean. The staff is very Welcoming. The breakfast was great. Our room was beautiful despite being on the lower end for the hotel. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The location cannot be beat. It is 6 minute walk from St. Marcos Square. It is about 5 minute walk to the vapporetto station that can take you all around. You are 5 minutes from Rialto Bridge. It is so close to everything but not in a busy section as on that particularly small street the hotel is the only thing until you cross a bridge almost at the doorstep of hotel and then you have a lot of cute shops and restaurants. We spend 4 nights in Venice and walked around a lot and always said we were thrilled we were staying at our location it was truly the easiest access to everything while not being in a busy area. Highly, highly recommend staying here and will do it again.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ai Reali for our honeymoon and it was the best place we could have chosen. Our room was cleaned and organized every day while we went out to explore. We were given a free tour and the breakfast buffet everyday of our stay was wonderful! The staff was extremely kind and helped us any time we had a request or question. We will definitely be coming back!

Da un hotel di questa categoria 4s affiliato SLH mi ĆØ sembrato strano: - La colazione termina alle 10:30 ma giĆ  arrivando alle 10 il buffet non viene rimpiazzato. A rilento alcuni prodotti, che, considerata giĆ  la poca offerta di varietĆ  delle referenze di qualitĆ  standard, aggiunta ai vassoi vuoti con qualche minimo residuo, appare molto sotto tono rispetto alle aspettative. - Fa sorridere che le capsule di caffĆØ in una Junior Suite, seppur omaggio, siano surrogati della Nespresso. A mio modesto giudizio risultano inutili cadute di stile rispetto al prezzo della stanza e della colazione.

Very helpful staff ā€” due to a train strike, Alessandra re-routed all our travel plans to guaranteed trains and boats for the day, quickly and without issues. Breakfast was excellent. Overall staff was there to help and support without being overbearing. Room were clean and comfortable. Easy walking to almost all sites in Rome, or via water bus at Rialto. Go-to place to stay in Venice

Great place. Absolutely beautiful inside. Staff well above average - faultless. Great location with everything walkable and real Venice only minutes away in all directions. But with the location comes overnight noise from the adjacent Campo. Not the hotelā€™s fault but be prepared for the 3.30am local laundry collection cacophony 3 times a week. Weā€™d definitely go again - just armed with earplugs!
