This is with a real smile, attention, and care.About the temperature of the room, we regret that you did not feel comfortable. A/C and heating is self-controlled by the guests in their room with a supervisor in our property management system. Temperatures are set both in summer and winter considering the outside ones for the best comfort.Please also consider that Italian law does not allowed to turn on the AC in some month of the yearWe regret a lot that you did not call our Reception to report this.
