Gentile Sig. Giuseppe, ha fatto benissimo a scriverci perché in questo modo possiamo fare chiarezza circa la sua recensione relativamente al suo soggiorno presso il Park Hotel Villa Giustinian. Abitualmente offriamo due tipologie di sistemazione: in edificio principale, la Villa storica, e in due dependance, le Barchesse. I lavori di manutenzione per rendere ancora più accogliente la permanenza dei nostri ospiti coinvolgono il solo edificio principale della Villa e quindi delle camere superior (attualmente non in vendita/disponibili), lasciando inalterata la qualità del comfort della sistemazione nelle stanze “standard” delle Barchessa, soluzione che ha scelto e confermato al momento della prenotazione. Nonostante le restrizioni delle normative anti-Covid ma nel rispetto delle stesse, offriamo una ricca colazione, la stessa che potrebbe trovare al normale buffet, chiedendo soltanto un aiuto da parte dei nostri clienti: la prenotazione la sera prima per poterci organizzare e offrire un servizio di ottima qualità. Pertanto quel che le è stato preparato per la sua colazione corrispondeva a quanto ci aveva ordinato attraverso l’apposito modulo. Inoltre, in un hotel come il nostro, che da più di 30 anni fa della gestione a conduzione familiare un tratto distintivo sempre più apprezzato dai i nostri clienti, può capitare che il “padrone” di casa accolga i suoi ospiti personalmente o che serva direttamente la colazione: il modo migliore che conosciamo per far sentire i nostri ospiti persone speciali. A fine giugno, al termine dei lavori di miglioramento delle camere superior, se avrà l’occasione di visitarci potrà apprezzare il lavoro svolto, e riscontrare nuovamente la gentilezza e la professionalità del nostro staff nell’accogliere e servire ogni nostro ospite.

In the XVII century Villa Giustinian was a country mansion, property of the patriarch of Venice. Becoming an hotel the villa retained the old fashion in its appearance and furniture, while the other buildings of more recent construction add together practicality and comfort to provide a suitable stay. Dear customer, thank you for your review of Park Hotel Villa Giustinian, we are delighted to have enjoyed our time in the historic villa surrounded by the garden with old trees. The location of the Hotel is ideal for visiting Venice without having to worry about parking. Buses run every twenty minutes at the bus stop directly in front of the hotel; with a run of about half an hour you can get to Venice without difficulty. Furthermore the center of Mirano, the nearest town, where you can taste typical dishes in the various restaurants of the area, is just ten to fifteen minutes walk from the hotel. We look forward to welcoming you again and in the meantime we extend a cordial greeting.

Come ha perfettamente sottolineato i nostri ospiti ogni giorno possono raggiungere la splendida Venezia con un autobus che con un viaggio di circa trenta minuti porta alla città sul mare. Villa Giustinian is located 10 minutes walking away from the center of Mirano, the nearest town which offers many shops, a cinema, several restaurants, bars and pubs. Our guests could take advantage of our free rental byke service upon availability or even the public bus that, returning from Venice, goes also into the town.. However it is true that to reach Venice the bus is the easiest way.with a bus every 20 minutes every day and a travel time of around 30 minutes, its' possible to reach the city of the sea without warring about where to park a car. The wi-fi service could have had malfunctions due to multiple factors, anyhow our staff is at our guests disposal to come in handy in such situation whenever possible. It leaves us perplexed your statement about the absence of a breackfast, since the buffet is at our guests disposal from 7:00 till 10;30 every morning in the breackfast room in the main Villa. As for the soze of the room, every category reflects different qualities, it can be that by changing the booking category from an economy to a standard or a superior it's possible tp find the best option for a perfect stay in our hotel.
