Exception stay in a great area of Venice
Loves staying at this plce. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, just what you need when traveling with friends. Location was pretty nice and host was responsive and considerate related to early check in and late check out

Great stay in Dorsoduro
Excellent property for 6 adults and 1 child. 5-10min walk to 2 different vaporetto stations. Property was as described. 3 floors. very clean and had all amenities that we needed. many cafes and restaurants in the area. would definitely recommend it

GREAT LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY
This location was exactly what we needed. Close to water transportation and plenty of local places to visit and see. We had 4 adults all in the same family. Our stay and the accommodations were beautiful. You should mention for older folks there are stairs. However we had no problems negotiating them. Our host was the BEST!!!! She was helpful everyday in everyway. We highly recommend this acommodation.

Great property in a great location
We travel to Venice almost every year and have do so for many many years. We usually rent an apartment. We missed '20 and '21 because of covid. When we looked to go this year the places we stayed at in the past were not available so we tried VRBO with Irene Graziano. We had six people and the house was very comfortable for all of us and we all had our private space but we're able to gather for breakfast in the kitchen each morning and relax together in the living room each evening after taking in all the wonders of this unique and magnificent city. The house is close to the S.Basilio vaporetto stop which is easily reached from the parking garage or the train station. There are many good restaurants nearby and there is a nice new Conad supermarket just by the vaporetto stop. We arrived somewhat early but Irene was able to let us drop our luggage while they cleaned for our stay. We took a walk and went for lunch. By the time we returned the house was all set for us. I hope Irene keeps this property on the rental market as we would like to return next year!

Pleasent and comfortable
The place was comfortable. Only the aircond seems to bother us. No matter how many time we on as instructed by the card, it still off on its own. Quite hot during daytime. Overall is ok and good.

Best place we could have chosen to stay!
Irene met us one block from where the water bus drop this off and it was a short walk to her lodging. Beautiful place all new features and very nicely air-conditioned. Great places to eat nearby and it was the quiet area of town. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Beautiful and quiet!
Wow! Exceeded our expectations in every sense. Chic and luxurious and location was ideal - private and quiet part of town, which we favor. We typically are used to nicer hotels (Ritz-Carlton or Four Seasons) so we are rather picky and this home was simply fantastic. Cannot recommend this enough. Excellent stay, excellent greeting. Gave a little lower rating on communication with the owner as the check-in information came 2 days late and couldn't get a response when we asked about something (if there was a screwdriver available to retrieve a dropped piece of jewelry), but nothing too urgent and all turned out well! Fantastic!

Wonderful family trip!
This was our first trip to Venice. Irene and Erika were very responsive and helpful in navigating entering and exciting. Water taxi was wonderful with Irene waiting to greet us and property was excellent and clean. Great location!

Cute and Cozy
The property was great! Better than anticipated. It was very clean and fresh. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue I had was communication prior to check in. The host did not respond to my messages so we were unable to get in for awhile. But, she was very apologetic. I would not hesitate to rent from her again.
