Additionally, it is accessible on foot from the Piazzale Roma car parks in one minute without crossing bridges and from Santa Lucia train station in 3 minutes on foot.
The Sestiere of Santa Croce, where it is located, is also one of the most characteristic and residential areas of the city, where you can find excellent restaurants and bars. If you prefer a dinner in the intimacy of home, you will find the Coop supermarket 20 meters away.
It is composed of a living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, suitable for couples or families, up to a maximum of 3 people.
