Een zeer propere en rustige omgeving, zeer behulpzaam en goede uitleg naar bezienswaardigheden. En het bed slaapt super! Als ook de kamer en badkamer waren zeer ruim.

Very nice, clean and lovely hotel
Very nice hotel in Venezia Mestre. The hotel is very clean and neat. Spacious room and bathroom. Friendly staff. The breakfast is just amazing, loved the Italian style breakfast. It was delicious. Also great coffee. The hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station to go to the island of Venice which is a 10 minute journey. Also lots of shops, restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Een aangenaam hotel dichtbij Venetiƫ.
Het hotel is gunstig gelegen: dicht bij een bushalte en op iets groter afstand van het treinstation (ca. 7 min. lopen). Ik gaf de voorkeur aan de trein omdat in de bus van en naar Venetiƫ de kans groot is dat je moet staan in de overvolle bus die bij veel bushaltes stopt. Het hotel zag er goed onderhouden, sfeervol ingericht en proper uit. Gedurende de week dat ik er verbleef werd de vloer slecht of helemaal niet schoongemaakt, ook niet in de badkamer. De tweepersoons kamer was kleiner dan in de beschrijvingen op verschillende boekingssites beloofd was (misschien gemeten met de badkamer erbij...). Er was weinig ruimte om de spullen op te bergen. Een krappe douche (ca. 70 x 80 cm). De kamer was in een hoekje op de begane grond, waardoor er weinig lichtinval was. Jammer was het dat hoewel de kamer goed verduisterd kon worden er drie lichtpunten waren die 's nachts de kamer verlichtten, namelijk de thermostaat, een lichtgevend ding boven de deur en het een knipperend licht van de rookmelder precies boven het bed. De eerste twee lichtpunten kon ik afdekken, maar bij de rookmelder was dat niet mogelijk. Toch kan ik zeggen dat het hotel me goed bevallen is, vooral vanwege de rust en de netheid van de kamers. De wifi functioneerde prima. Van het ontbijt heb ik geen gebruik gemaakt.

SĆ¼ĆŸes Hotel mit super nettem Personal in Mestre. Die ParkplƤtze sind ausreichend groƟ und die Zimmer sind sauber. Nur die Gegend war etwas fragwĆ¼rdig. Wir waren abends noch unterwegs und ich habe mich etwas unsicher gefĆ¼hlt.

Staff was helpful, had a great stay. My only hiccup was when my guest and I needed to book a taxi to the airport to go home 2.5 days prior, the lady I spoke with didnā€™t know the airport wasnā€™t open until 4am. So we ended up having the taxi come for 2am and we sat waiting for a while before allowed access to the airport. Was unfortunate nobody else noticed this, to tell us to book the taxi later, and didnā€™t inform us about the airports hours of operation. Otherwise a great spot to stay

Sehr nah am lokalen Bahnhof der einen direkt auf die Insel fĆ¼hrt. Das Hotel selbst hat eine gute Ausstattung und ist sehr sauber. Allerdings war die Dusche, sowie der Duschkopf undicht, was aber unseren gesamten Eindruck nicht beeintrƤchtigt hat, da wir dort sowieso nur geschlafen haben.

Great value for money. 7 minute walk from Mestre Station and 4 minute walk to bus stop for Route 2, which takes you to Venice in 20 minutes. Hotel staff were friendly, rooms were clean and cool, and I would definitely stay here again.

Personnel avenant et accueillant, possibilitĆ© dā€™acheter les passes de bus ou Vaporetto directement Ć  lā€™accueil, ce qui est facilitant. DĆ©jeuner style buffet disponible sur place (il faut rĆ©server sa place) avec frais supplĆ©mentaires, un peu cher (15 euros - nous avons payĆ© 10 euros dans un autre hĆ“tel Ć  Florence) mais tout de mĆŖme bien pratique. Merci ! On a adorĆ© notre sĆ©jour chez vous ! Les lits sont confortables aussi ! ƀ bientĆ“t, on lā€™espĆØre..

Nice stay, the staff is very kind and helpful. Sorry that charging a car is sooooo expensive. But no problem, I was able to charge elsewhere. The breakfast is ok but buy it at the hotel, much less expensive than when booking. For the rest, clean and quiet room, good wifi and close to the train station. The staff helped me on two occasions.

The hotel itself was great! Amazing staff and very clean! The staff can assist you to get into Venice and offer bus and water taxi tickets to help you with that. However the area it was in didnā€™t feel too safe. Transport into Venice took a while, and the area it is located in does not have much to offer. If you are looking to spend the majority of your stay in Venice it may be worth staying somewhere closer. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff though!

A beautiful sustainable hotel to stay in if youā€™re looking to explore Venice. We enjoyed the location (as it is much quieter and very close to a bus to take you into Venice), as well as the rooms, with very comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly accommodating kind. Will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who wants to stay near, but not in, Venice!

Unser Zimmer war gleich neben dem Empfangsbereich, also nicht ideal und kein Ruhiger Ort sowohl von innen als von aussen. Der Herr der uns empfangen hat war Ć¼berzeugt dass dieses Zimmer ein ruhiger Ort ist und hat nichts unternommen. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels gut und die Ausstattung des Zimmer ok ausser das Lavabo und die Dusche aber dafĆ¼r sauber. Schade das uns dieses Zimmer zugeordnet wurde. Wir haben nicht im Hotel gefrĆ¼hstĆ¼ckt. Empfehlungen zu AusflĆ¼gen usw sehr knapp gehalten.

The location located at Venice Mestre Stn which is a residential area, the surroundings are quiet but bus stop is 3 min walk to main island. It is fine with us that could escape away the busy and crowded areas after a day sightseeing.

EXCELLENT CHOICE
On a quiet street. Desk clerks were very helpful. One even accompanied us to our room and explained everything to us. Room and bathroom were very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were excellent and high quality. Our stay was only 1 night. But since we got there around 6pm, we decided to take the 10 minute train ride into Venice for dinner from the Mestre station, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.
