The apartment was well located and we could walk everywhere near Rialto. Morena, our host, was on time to give us keys and very attentive in our check in, gave us maps and recommendations for dinner. However, a big disappointment in this stay was that we could not have a hot shower in the time we were there. We asked and supposedly it takes a while to get hot, but it never warmed up. In my opinion, unacceptable in a property at this price point.

Communication with Morena was great from day 1 (before arrival) until after our departure was excellent. She was very helpful during the course of our trip. She gave us all the advice needed like restaurants, transportation, etc in Venice. She will reply within 15min with question with text. Thumbs up !!!

We stayed in the property, Carmen, and overall it is a very nice place BUT the location in Venice was not the same as advertised or even on Google maps. Please be warned that it is actually in Castello and NOT close to San Marco/Rialto Bridge. Not a bad walk from the main area, especially if you don't mind walking, and less crowded of an area. Also, please make sure that they give you the correct property on check in. They tried to give us a property that was not as nice until I looked up what we booked because it did not look as nice as it did in the photos. They did fix their "mistake", but given the falsely advertised location and this mistake, I don't know how genuine the mistake was. Good communication via email. They provide a number that you apparently can contact them via WhatsApp, but we were unable to do so. Wifi is good and you can even carry the wifi box with you in order to have internet throughout Venice.

Amazingly clean and convenient
Amazing location right around the Rialto Bridge. Staff was very welcoming and met up with me at the nearby water taxi station to walk me to the apartment; it was my first time in Venice. Apartment was secure, clean, complete with kitchen amenities. Quiet location despite all the attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

bonjour monsieur nous sommes dƩsolƩs mais comme expliquƩ Ơ votre arrivƩe nous avons donnƩ les details Ơ expedia en italian et ils n'ont pas ƩtƩ traduits correctement. Ơ votre depart nous n'avons pas vous contactƩs quand nous avons trouvƩ une quantite enorme de poubelle, nous avons envoyƩ 3 dammes de menage seulement pour les recuperer et emmener touts chez nous, lorques on pouvait pas laisser tout lƠ bas. nous travaillons avec professionalitƩ et nous souhaitons vous pouvez sejourner encore une fois. cordialement.

A good place to stay for a resonable price
As other guests pointed out, I would not call the apartment "Deluxe", but it is nice and fine in all respects with just a few cons that are by far compensated by the pros. So, here they are: Pros: - position: close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge. You will appreciate the latter especially if you use an Alilaguna boat to get back to the airport. There is little chance you get aboard at any other stop down (or up?) the Grand Canal which can make the departure a thrilling (or expensive) experience... - condition: renovated, well furnished, clean, WiFi - staff: very friendly and helpful. You will definitely appreciate the pick up service at the boat stop, especially later when you see confused tourists with their luggage trying to find their accommodation using GSM and maps... they also allow you to leave your luggage in the apartment after you check out if your flight is in the afternoon. Cons: - position: even though the street is a blind alley with almost no tourists, there is a restaurant at the corner, and you need no alarm clock in the morning as for some reason they dispose of empty bottles every morning which 100% wakes you up before you plan - condition: without prejudice to the foregoing :-), there could be more convenient pillows, a coffee table in front of the sofa in the living room and better street noise insulation.

Once I booked the stay in a few hours I received a text msg from Morena regarding checking in. The process was super convenient as Sonya met us at the train station at a specific time and we just followed her to water bus and then the apartment therefore we didnā€™t have to figure out any details how to get there which is great! Apartment itself was super clean with all amenities that you possibly need including a full kitchen and appliances. We would rate a 5 in all categories but a small limitation is due to lack of Air conditioner in the main bedroom but air conditioner from the living room and a fan made it ok. The only other thing is you have to take your own trash out between 6-8am few blocks away from the apartment. Otherwise the location was ideal with 1 min walk to the Bridge and 10 min to main square. Also there are 2 supermarkets that are very near. Another huge plus is elevator in the building! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family!

Location was a 2 minute walk to San Marco Square and tucked away so it was qiuiet at night. We had the entire apartment which was spacious and nicely decorated. Check in went smoothly and Sonia was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and making recommendations.

Fato que nĆ£o consta no website quando se faz a reserva Ć© que cobram taxas suplementares de 30 ou 50 euros, caso se chegue a Veneza apĆ³s 07 ou 08 pm, respectivamente. Foi o nosso caso e sĆ³ tivemos conhecimento disto apĆ³s a conclusĆ£o da reserva (jĆ” paga), detalhe notificado depois pelos responsĆ”veis, atravĆ©s de email. Como o apartamento fica aos fundos da Ć”rea de serviƧo de restaurantes, hĆ” barulho atĆ© que se encerrem os atendimentos. Em relaĆ§Ć£o ainda a localizaĆ§Ć£o do apartamento, embora Ć³tima para as visitaƧƵes em Veneza, bastante problemĆ”tica para acessar o aeroporto Marco Polo, especialmente no caso de vĆ“os internacionais que saiam cedo pela manhĆ£, como tivemos (as 7:15 am). Ocorre que nĆ£o hĆ” vaporettos de madrugada antes das 6:00 am o que exigiu que alugĆ”ssemos um taxi boat privado bastante caro, 130 euros, para nos levar direto ao aeroporto.

My boyfriend and I were initially nervous after reading some of the reviews, and when the host did not give us the address of the apartment (google maps doesnā€™t work very well in Venice so she insists on meeting and taking you there). But we could not have been more wrong and have since recommended the place to our family and friends. The apartment was very clean, large (especially considering the price), and recently renovated (we stayed in 579, San Polo). The host was born in Venice and spent a good hour marking up the map for us with recommendations and booked restaurant reservations for us every night of our stay on request. She suggested what to do and when, how to book, and replied promptly on Whatsapp whenever we had any questions. The apartment was a 1-2 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, in the heart of everything. Itā€™s a nice quiet side street and there is even a lift (very unusual in Venice). She also let us leave our luggage after checking out and we met her before leaving Venice to pick them up. I would give this place a 10 out of 10. I could not recommend it more. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, your own large living room and tv, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots/pans/cutlery and a breakfast table. The host is extremely welcoming, has a wealth of knowledge on the area/tourist activities, and is more than happy to help.

L'appartamento piacevolmente arredato tra Ponte di Rialto e S.Marco si ĆØ rivelato fondamentale con tre bimbi piccoli,per ogni necessitĆ  potevamo rientrare velocemente a casa e goderci anche i momenti della giornata in cui la cittĆ  si svuota dei turisti pendolari(mattina presto e sera).Di fondamentale aiuto poi ci ĆØ stata anche la signorina(residente in loco) che lo gestiva e che ci ha dato diverse dritte sul come muoversi nella cittĆ  sul cosa fare e sul dove comprare. 3 splendidi giorni in cui ci siamo sentiti veneziani e non turisti.
