we went here as base for traveling to Venice.
Unfortunately the connection during this period to Treviso is bad.
There is a bus connection that travels once in one and a half hour, but from Mestre station to other airports every half hour.

Net modern hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers waren modern en schoon, wij kregen upgrade daardoor was minibar gratis. Ontbijt was prima de standaard dingen, maar thuis eet je ook vaak hetzelfde. Prima hotel om naar Venetiƫ te gaan, kort ritje naar de stad.

leuk modern hotel
Ideaal hotel voor een citytrip in Venetiƫ.
Je neemt dus bus vanaf Piazalle Roma naar "Preganziol" (nr 8), er zijn 2 bussen per uur (en de laatste vertrekt wel al om 20.35 uur.
Rit duurt klein half uurtje.
Ontbijt in hotel was zeer verzorgd en lekker; ook voldoende gevarieerd.
Zeer nette, moderne kamers.
Hotel is een aanrader!

Our hotel stay was ok. We arrived on a Sunday in August. Businesses close on a Sunday normally, as well as during the day for a few hours. Hotel only had small appetizers. I believe staff were on holiday. We were trying to find a restaurant as we were famished, and we eventually gave up and went to Burger King.
No shutlle service.
Nothing in walking distance.
Room was ok. Staff was friendly.

To come to venice city centre, you need to walk, then bus, then tram. To buy water, you will not get any place nearby until you walk for 15 to 20 minutes.

It is a newer property and is very clean. The breakfast and serving staff was very nice. It was very hot and the AC is controlled by the reception desk. The room was uncomfortable and I could not sleep. The front desk said there was nothing they could do about it which was untrue they just refused to lower the air.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
If you want to be near everything do not stay here. It is a 20 minute cab ride away from the main Venice area. If you are taking the train in get off at Mestre to save time on getting there. Beautiful and comfortable boutique hotel.
