Cà Marta is a modern, bright, and recently renovated apartment located in the heart of Venice, in the Dorsoduro district, in the quiet and authentic Santa Marta neighborhood. The modern interiors are designed to offer maximum comfort. The spacious and bright bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a single bed, while the living area with an open kitchen includes a sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to 4 people.

The large, well-appointed bathroom features a shower, ensuring added comfort during your stay. The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring Venice in an authentic way: just a short walk from the Santa Marta vaporetto stop and only a 15-minute walk from Campo Santa Margherita, the beating heart of the neighborhood. Don’t miss the Santa Marta market, held every Monday morning, for a unique local experience.

Major attractions, such as St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto Bridge, are easily accessible on foot in about 40 minutes or conveniently by vaporetto. Cà Marta is the perfect choice for those who want to experience Venice away from the tourist crowds, yet still just a short walk from its wonders.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire apartment except for a storage closet, which is locked.

We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided to you.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
