The BELLA Flat is simply comfortable and well-organized, with spaces designed to accommodate up to three people. We have a master bedroom with a large double bed for two people featuring an extra mattress topper, plus a third pull-out bed in another area of the apartment—a very comfortable queen-size bed also equipped with an extra mattress topper for maximum comfort (this room has a kitchenette). Between the two rooms is the bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy should you prefer to sleep separately. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, including a brand-new, state-of-the-art glass shower, a bidet, and a washing machine. There are two exceptional terraces perfect for the warmer months. The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need (dishes, pots and pans, a kettle, a refrigerator, and much more), all of the highest quality. Super-fast Wi-Fi, adjustable independent heating, and a very powerful, top-of-the-line air conditioner (a fan is also available upon request). We provide sheets, blankets, and towels. You won’t have to worry about a thing! We have books, guidebooks, and a large map of the city at your disposal. We have twenty years of experience as hosts and have welcomed guests from every corner of the world with great satisfaction, helping them discover our beautiful Venice. The area around the house is green and just outside the hustle and bustle of the heavily touristic zone, with secure and free public parking available nearby. All amenities are nearby (supermarkets, grocery stores, pastry shops, cafes, pharmacies, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, wineries, and much more).
