Easily able to comfortably accommodate eight people this hidden gem, only minutes from beautiful Ventry beach, is the ideal place to make holiday dreams come true.


Living area
Ballybeg boasts two impressive lounge areas. Both are light and spacious with crisp, clean white décor mixed with feature colours that combine to create a relaxed and calming ambience. A large royal blue sofa features in one lounge seating up to four people, and this is paired with two comfortable armchairs and a white, modern coffee table. A stylish log burner is the rooms centre piece, located in the fireplace and above this, a large flat screen TV has been mounted on the wall. Several tall, green houseplants add to the rooms calming aura.
The second lounge area is part of the open plan kitchen and contains a stylish, grey four-seater corner sofa and matching footstool. With a tiled floor, exposed brick feature wall, log burner and wall mounted flatscreen TV this is another room where guests can cosy up with a hot drink and enjoy a good book or their favourite movie.

Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms. The master bedroom is a monochromatic masterpiece possessing a black four post bed frame, black clothes rail, cushions and black bedside tables all set against the brilliant white walls and bed linen. This bedroom is downstairs on the ground floor and boasts an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, sink and toilet.
There are two bedrooms upstairs on the first floor with double beds and both are light and airy benefitting from neutral white and beige tones. One enjoys a charming window bench seat looking out onto a picture postcard view of County Kerry. Both bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms with shower cubicles, sinks and toilets.
The fourth bedroom is also upstairs on the first floor, and is a twin room with two single beds surrounded by neutral tones with aquamarines highlights. This bedroom also enjoys a cute window bench seat which looks out on the surrounding countryside. This bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.



Bathrooms
All four bedrooms enjoy private en-suite bathrooms plus there is also a separate downstairs toilet on the ground floor.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with natural wood units and comes with a large country cottage style cooker, with oven, grill and both gas and induction hobs. There is a toaster, kettle and high quality coffee machine and the kitchen island that seats three gives ample space for any passionate chef to prepare a culinary masterpiece.
The spacious dining room is separate to the kitchen and surrounded on three sides by windows allowing diners to take in the fabulous views of the luscious garden as they enjoy their food. The high quality wooden dining table seats eight and French doors open out onto a patio should guests wish to indulge in a little al fresco dining.



Outside Space
Ballybeg is surrounded by a tightly trimmed lawn and well maintained garden that allows guests to bask in beauty of nature whilst soaking up that fresh country air that County Kerry has become famous for.
